Adventure. Friendship. Endless Fun!

HER SUMMER ADVENTURE AWAITS At Girl Scout Camp, your camper will grow and thrive in an all-girl, girl-led environment. We utilize the tools of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to help turn your camper into the G.I.R.L. (Go-Getter, Innovator, Risk-Taker, and Leader)™ of tomorrow. The Girl Scout Leadership Experience encourages girls to Discover themselves, Connect with others, and Take Action to make the world a better place. Guided by our highly trained camp staff and their Girl Scout peers, at Summer Camp, she will discover opportunities to become truly independent. Our focus on intentional and progressive camp activities, group games, and challenges will give your Girl Scout a chance to be recognized and be part of a supportive community where it is okay to take risks. Girl Scout Summer Camps give your camper the opportunity to meet people of different backgrounds in a safe environment, free of the judgments and expectations of the outside world. In a community free of electronic devices, campers focus on interacting with one another in a natural setting. We are dedicated to making sure that your girl has a unique outdoor experience, and that’s great news - because when Girl Scouts get outside, they discover that they can better solve problems and overcome challenges, develop leadership skills, and are happier overall.

DID YOU KNOW that 95% of our participants said they would recommend our camps to family or friends?

Financial Assistance Available We believe that camp is for every girl regardless of her family’s financial situation. We offer a quick and easy way to apply for financial assistance for those who need help paying for Summer Camp. Special consideration will be provided to those financially impacted by COVID-19. For more information, call 856.795.1560, or email councilcares@gscsnj.org.

COVID-19 INFORMATION By taking the necessary precautions last summer, we were able to serve over 500 girls at our in-person Summer Camps with ZERO cases of COVID-19. These extra safety measures allowed girls to continue building their independence and self-confidence in a safe and fun way, while connecting and having fun with others. Whatever camp looks like in 2021, we are confident your girl will experience all the benefits our camps have to offer. The health and safety of our campers is always our first priority. Our in-person Summer Camps have extensive health and safety procedures and staff training in place every year. With the ever-changing nature of COVID-19, we will be adapting our safety procedures to ensure the highest level of safety for our campers and staff. Any changes to our safety procedures will be informed by current recommendations of the NJ State Health Department, American Camp Association (ACA), and the considerations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Review our current COVID-19 Summer Camp Safety Procedures at campforgirls.org

!

All overnight camp opportunities are subject to change based on New Jersey’s COVID-19 reopening stage.

We look forward to Summer Camp 2021! To ensure that your girl(s) have a fun-filled, skill-building summer with friends, we recommend that you register, risk-free, for Summer Camp. We are diligently and consistently adhering to the latest State and Federal guidelines that have given us a solid foundation to prevent and mitigate any spread of COVID-19 at Girl Scout programs and events. We expect NJ Orders to issue on or before Memorial Day Weekend and we are optimistically awaiting guidelines for 2021 In-Person and Overnight Camp. While overnight opportunities are not guaranteed, there is no risk to registering in advance! We have a pay-back plan should the Health Department or GSCSNJ restrict participation in overnight programs. We can’t wait to see your girls this summer at Camp!
