Privately owned. TOWN: DWELLINGUP SETTING: Our outdoor camp is nestled within some of the most beautiful jarrah forests in WA just 6km from the Murray River. ACCOMMODATION: 150+. 3 large self contained Bunkhouses and Chalet. Site also accommodates tents and caravans. MINIMUM GROUP SIZE: 15. CATERING: Full and self catering options. INDOOR FACILITIES: Dining/recreation room. OUTDOOR FACILITIES: Commando course, abseil tower, flying fox, large oval. OTHER INFORMATION: Team building, confidence building, leadership skills, decision making skills, team interaction, communication skills. RESOURCES NEARBY: Murray River, Trees Adventures, Forest Heritage Centre, Redz Zoo.
FOREST EDGE RECREATION CAMP
Privately owned. TOWN: WAROONA SETTING: 42ha semi-cleared hill setting adjacent to state forest. ACCOMMODATION: Sole use. 140 bed dormitory (15 x 4 beds, 6 x 12 beds, 1 x 8 bedrooms). Catering/bedrooms/bathrooms under one roof. Tent/camp ground: 30-50 people with camp kitchen if dormitory is unavailable or if used in conjunction with large groups. MINIMUM GROUP SIZE: Under 60 charge applies. CATERING: Full catering is provided. Kitchen facilities available for self catering. INDOOR FACILITIES: Dormitory, basketball, volleyball, TV. OUTDOOR FACILITIES: 18 activities including abseiling, big fox, billy carts, kayaking, crate climb, initiative course, low ropes, orienteering, pamper pole, raft building, target shooting, ski biscuiting, bush skills, boomerang making, screen printing, wall climbing. OTHER INFORMATION: Resident managers. Activity and catering staff available. Transport can be arranged to and from the campsite and nearby venues. 80 camps annually.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: At Cahoots we create inclusive experiential learning opportunities for young people living with a disability or facing exceptional challenges, to build essential life skills, develop friendships and gain confidence to improve their well-being. We are a registered NDIS service provider, running a variety of day programs and overnight camps in Perth metro & regional WA, catering to people of all abilities aged 5-18 years and 18+. Each of our programs are run by qualified & experienced Facilitators, with a diverse team of leaders who are caring, enthusiastic, & dedicated to making our experiences engaging & rewarding. We also offer: • First Nations’ cultural camps (run in consultation with First Nations’ consultants & elders) • Access and inclusion training • Partnership camps for external groups • Volunteer and career opportunities • Community engagement events for all ages • A fully catered 130 bed campground, close to Perth, with activities nearby & onsite. With 40 years experience helping WA, we aim to create inclusive opportunities for social change.
