General Overview Both day camps are open to all girls, whether you are a Girl Scout • Girls ranging from age 3 to 15 • Sibling brothers (ages 3 to 12) Operates Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm • Bussing is available* • Before Care 7am to 9am • After Care 4pm to 6pm

Aquatics While activity schedules vary throughout the week, swimming/water activities are offered every day • Swimming in pool • Boating and watercraft • Water games and sprinklers

Standard Day Organized weekly spread • Day is ALWAYS started with Flag Ceremony • Scheduled daily activities as an “Unit” • Lunch • Trading Post • Built in unit time to complete badge work • Day ends with Closing Flag Ceremony

Specialty Camp Opportunities Girls can take their camp experience to the next level by exploring our various specialty programs offered • Equestrian • Technology • Cooking For each program, girls spend half their day specializing in an area that’s their passion. During the remainder of the camp day, they participate in traditional camp programs.

Transportation We offer stops conveniently placed throughout the county. Bus fee is $80 per week*
Financial Assistance An application must be submitted with some form of financial documentation. A copy of the applicant’s 1040 for review (please black out social security numbers), a letter stating the girl receives free or reduced lunch in school or documentation of SNAP program.
Refund Policy Complete refunds before June 1, 2020. A non-refundable cancellation fee (Camp Sacajawea $50) will be applied to each week of camp after June 1, 2020. No refunds after June 1, 2020.*

Special Camp Promotions Register for camp before May 22, 2020 and receive a backpack
Invite a Friend * When a registered camper refers a friend to attend a full week of basic camp, both will receive a $10 per week trading post credit!
Leader Discount * Girl Scout Leaders receive $15 off all full weeks of camp for their daughters– it’s offered all summer!
Open House * Register for any full week of camp within 48 hours to receive up to $100 off the summer, plus a $5 per week trading post credit!

Registration: Fees Girls who are not already registered Girl Scouts for the 2019-2020 year will need to pay the $40 membership fee. Fireflies and Tag-a-longs will be required to pay a $40 Camp Registration Fee. Changes made to a camper’s reservations after June 19, 2020 ($15 change fee). If a camper’s online paperwork is not completed two weeks prior to their first week of camp, there will be a $25 late fee automatically charged to your payment account. If the hard copy of the medical authorization is required and not submitted the late fee will be charged. Camp week balances MUST be paid two weeks before the respective camp week. • Failure will result in a $25 late fee

Registration: Forms All forms must be completed online, apart from the Medical Authorization form, if applicable, which needs to be e-mailed, or mailed to us. The forms required are: • Health History • Immunization Record • Code of Ethics • Policies & Reminders • Camper Information • T-Shirt Size Equestrian Riding session, in addition to the above, she will also need: • Horse Release, and Hold Harmless Agreement • Medical Authorization Form - downloadable from Document Center Forms can be completed during registration or accessed later from the Document Center located within the account. To get to the Document Center, click on the Additional Options tab from the main page of the account and choose Document Center from the menu. Incomplete online forms will be listed in red. All forms must be completed NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS prior to the camper's first day of camp.
