The Troop Product Sales Manager The TPSM has an important and exciting job handling the fall sale. •

TPSM must be a registered adult member of GS and have completed a criminal background check

Be sure that all girls participating are registered GS members for the 2021 membership year

Handle all the girl’s orders from start to finish: meet deadlines, place order using the nut ordering software (M2), collect & deposit monies, distribute incentives

Be sure troop has bank account established

Don’t be afraid to ask your Community Product Sale Coordinator questions!

THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CUSTOMERS HAVE 3 WAYS TO ORDER FROM A GIRL In person on her order card ▪ Customers pay when product is delivered Girl Delivered Online Orders ▪ Customers pay online with credit card, no shipping cost ▪ Same products as the nut order card ▪ Product is shipped with girl’s in-person orders ▪ Girl delivers to the customer ▪ Girl delivered ordering ends October 18, 2020 Direct Shipped Online Orders ▪ Customers pay with card and pays shipping ▪ Larger selection of items available ▪ Items shipped very quickly ▪ No shipping fees for magazine subscriptions


Care to Share/Gift of Caring • Treats can be purchased by customers to benefit the military and local food banks/food pantries • Customers can make a $6 donation through the paper order card or online nut store. • Girls receive credit towards incentives & troops earn proceeds for each donation • Council retains all donated items and will handle donation of them. These items will not be in troop order during pick up

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA • Sell a minimum of $400 worth of product in Fall Sale • Sell at least 500 boxes of cookies • Be registered for a council sponsored trip (or GSUSA destination) • Be a registered member and be active in Girl Scouts • Visit gsfun.org/trips • Email travel@gsfun.org • Complete a travel interest form on the council website and a council representative will contact you with more information
