Room had a lot of office chairs which could cause an accident due to the lack of space.
A lot of paperwork and other things around the office floor which could cause a slip or trip.
Equipment maybe packed untidily leading to an accident e.g. tripod maybe inappropriately folded leading to an injury.

Controls
Keep the equipment cases on a secure table or chair. If they have to be left on the floor, then try and make the duration minimum to avoid any accidents.
Make sure all office chairs are tucked in carefully under the tables to ensure maximum space and avoid any hazardous incidents from occurring.
Ensure that any movement is carefully done to ensure there is no harm done to both the person as well as the equipment.
Any equipment used should be appropriately put away ensuring no injury is caused and a safe transportation of the equipment.
