Healthy Relationships

Relationships are based in trust. Trust grows when others feel heard and respected. Mindfulness helps us to make another person’s words the focus of our attention. It also helps us to slow down to better listen, process information and communicate in a clear, thoughtful way - and without being driven by our emotions.

According to science, mindfulness practices have been shown to help people listen better, improve romantic relationships, overcome conflict and take things less personally.
