Ramsey Caudle comes to Carolina Core FC with over two decades of retail sales, curated fashion merchandising, buying and entrepreneurial experience. As the Chief Marketing Officer, she brings strong leadership and management skills to the organization.
Ramsey has a solid mastery of current market trends and with her ability to multi-task, she craves challenge in the workplace. Ramsey values integrity, communication, and growth at her core. With a B.S. in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, people are her passion and it shows in the rich relationships she developed through and for Johnny Fly Co. where she spent almost 5 years.
She began as an Account Director working with retailers, building brand partnerships, and pursuing corporate accounts. Within a short time, she became the Brand Director overseeing daily operations, strategic partnerships, and corporate collaborations maintaining the brand’s identity. Ramsey currently lives in the High Point area.
Dr. Snow Daws is an orthopedic surgeon with Novant Health Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Institute. She specializes in treating foot and ankle injuries with minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Daws completed her medical training and residency program at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, along with a fellowship in orthopedics at the University of California – Davis.
Dr. Daws is a native of the Triad, who played high school sports at High Point Central before going on and playing collegiate soccer at Duke University. She enjoys taking care of all of her patients, including competitive athletes and weekend warriors. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids.

Megan McBride
Megan McBride is a Project Manager, PMP for Volvo Group Trucks Technology North America, where she supports the Chassis department within Vehicle Engineering. She has more than 12 years of manufacturing experience and two years of caregiver experience, as a first-time mom. Megan is the Chair of the Caregivers Employee Resource Group.
Megan enjoys outdoor activities and adventures with her husband, son, and dog. She takes pottery classes for fun and loves to make new recipes.
Katelyn Miller
Katelyn Miller is the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Volvo Group Trucks Technology North America, where she supports technology people leaders in their talent acquisition efforts. Prior to her three years at Volvo Group, she held similar roles at Honda Aircraft and Gulfstream Aerospace. Katelyn is also the co-chair of the Caregivers Employee Resource Group at Volvo, advocating for employee well-being and support.
Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. Together, they own Tempo Development, a land development and custom home-building company serving the Triad area. Balancing work and family keeps her busy, but she wouldn’t have it any other way!
Cecelia Thompson
Cecelia Thompson serves as Executive Director of Action Greensboro. Action Greensboro, together with the Chamber of Commerce, serves as the city’s primary economic and community development agency. Formed in 2001, Action Greensboro is a collaborative effort of six local charitable foundations working to leverage local philanthropic impact. In collaboration with business, higher education, and municipal government, Action Greensboro works to strengthen Greensboro’s economy and ensure the continuation of its excellent quality of life. In her role, Thompson leads a variety of efforts from talent and workforce development, K-20 education, urban livability, advocacy campaigns, and city marketing efforts.
