Registration Directions

• Visit gsoh.org.

⮕ If you have a My GS account, sign in, and click on the link to the left titled My Events. Search for your camp using your home zip code and mile radius to find the camp desired.

⮕ If you do not have an account, click on the Activities link in the green bar. Read the information on how to search for programs and then follow the link to view step-by-step instructions on how to register.

⮕ To register online, the camper must be a current Girl Scout member and pay for program registrations with a credit or debit card.

⮕ For assistance, contact customercare@gsoh.org or call 614-487-8101 and ask for My GS and program registration assistance.

• You may also download and complete a paper registration form to be mailed to council headquarters from gsoh.org/daycamp.

⮕ Paper registration forms (except those with a Volunteer Request Form) should not be mailed to Council Headquarters prior to March 27.

⮕ Payment must be included with paper registration or have a request form for financial assistance attached. If payment or request isn’t attached, it will delay processing.

⮕ All paper forms arriving prior to April 5 will be held until online registration opens on April 5.

⮕ If you cannot be placed in a camp because there are no spaces available, you will receive a full refund.

Check your camp dates carefully! A $20 transfer fee will be applied if you switch camp sessions after your registration is processed.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you are requesting a refund for your cancellation, the request must be made in writing and sent to Council Headquarters no later than 20 business days prior to the start of your registered camp. Your request must state the reason for the cancellation. If you are canceling and are not requesting a refund, call Council Headquarters at 1-800-621-7042. Cancellations due to sudden illness or a family emergency must be submitted to Council Headquarters within two weeks after the first day of your registered camp. For any cancellation, 20 percent of the day camp fee paid will be retained for handling charges.

Tiered Pricing

We believe every girl, regardless of financial circumstances, should have the opportunity to experience camp. For this reason, we use tiered pricing. Choose the tier that works best for you and your family. Fee choice is on the honor system and no financial documentation is required. All campers will have the same experience regardless of the tier chosen, and camp staff will have no knowledge of which tier their campers have selected. Visit www.gsoh.org/camp for information on financial assistance.

*All camp emails use the @gsoh.org extension
