Are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime?! Grab your compass, light your torch, and get ready for Survivor at camp! Join us to explore the outdoors and challenge yourself with a week in the woods playing games, singing songs, cooking over a fire, and making friends at GSOH Day Camps in 2025! Each day camp experience includes a variety of activities such as cooking out, singing, hiking, crafts, STEM, outdoor skills, slingshot/ archery, and more.
Our programs are full of sun, fun, and adventure. You may choose to attend one camp or pick one for every week of the summer. Although times may vary, a typical day camp is a five-day session held Monday–Friday between 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Girls register for day camp as individuals. They may request one buddy (must be reciprocal) of the same age level at registration. Girls from the same troop are not guaranteed to be in the same unit.
Registration begins Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
Camps fill up on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit of $15 is required to reserve your camper’s spot, with full payment being due May 1, 2025.
Financial assistance applications will be processed within 2-3 business days and fee reductions will be applied to the remaining balance due. Failure to pay the remaining balance for a camper’s registration by May 1 may result in losing that camper’s spot at camp. You can also pay the full camp fee at the time of registration if you wish. New camp registrations after May 1 will require payment in full and each camp week has its own registration deadlines for guaranteeing a t-shirt. Registration for day camps open at 9:00 a.m. EXCEPT for the following:
• Sugarbush Gold – opens at 10:00 a.m.
• K-J River Birch & K-J PawPaw –opens at 1:00 p.m.
In the event of a cancellation, families may request a refund up to 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp by emailing customercare@gsoh.org. When choosing your camp, all camps are initially listed at a base price that is adjusted to be more affordable. Before checking out in the online system, you will have an opportunity to choose True Cost Fee Adjustment that will increase your fee to more closely reflect the true cost of camp. Financial assistance is also available for those who need additional support in order to attend camp.

Spend a part of your summer guiding campers through the great outdoors. Encourage curiosity, inspire adventurers, and be a role model for girls by volunteering at day camp! We rely on dedicated volunteers to help us deliver seven successful, fun-filled weeks of day camp each summer. The number of girls accepted for camp depends on the number of adult volunteers. Grab your friends and sign up to give girls a week full of outdoor adventure.
There are great benefits to being a day camp volunteer:
• Experience the satisfaction of helping girls learn and have fun outdoors.
• Spend a week making lifelong friends and memories.
• Guarantee placement in the day camp of your choice.
• Receive a credit up to $110 for one girl relative who is a currently registered Girl Scout to attend a GSOH day camp.
• Most camps provide separate programs for the preschoolers and boys (grades K–5) of volunteers for a minimal cost.
Review “What Does It Mean to be a Day Camp Volunteer?” and complete a Day Camp Volunteer Request Form at gsoh.org/daycamp.
Please try to sign up by Monday, March 10, 2025. This lets us know how many girls we can accommodate when planning for each camp. If you miss the early deadline, we will certainly still accept your assistance as needed.
