Admission Who can apply? • Applicants are admitted on a competitive basis and are judged on their leadership abilities, accomplishments and academic excellence. • Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor or Specialist degree in any subject area and demonstrate highly competitive entry exams results. • International applicants may find additional information concerning admission to SPbU Master Programs at the official web-site of St. Petersburg University.

Entry Exams • 1st step: TOEFL or written TOEFL-model test (admission 2011: minimum score of pbt 557 / ibt 83, average score of 613). Accepted are TOEFL scores up to 2 years old. • 2nd step: GMAT or written GMAT-model test in Management & Business English (admission 2011: minimum score of 524, average score of 603). Accepted are GMAT scores up to 5 years old.

The Graduate School of Management (GSOM) is one of the 24 faculties of St. Petersburg University, the oldest (est. 1724) and most prominent Russian university. GSOM was founded in 1993 in partnership with Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, as well as several international and local companies, led by Procter & Gamble. Today, after 19 years of dynamic growth, St.Petersburg University GSOM is the leading Russian business school. Its strong international recognition is evidenced by prestigious accreditations (AMBA and EPAS) and membership in global alliances of top business schools (CEMS, PIM, GBSN, GMAC, EABIS and GRLI), where GSOM SPbU is the only

• 3rd step: Business Communication in English (incl. interview in English by GSOM SPbU corporate partners and academic panel).

Students may be admitted to Master in Management programs at SPbU to: • state-supported places • tuition-based places (including scholarships for Russian citizens that cover full tuition and monthly financial aid) Tuition fees in the 2011–2012 academic year were 360 000 Rub per year (paid in two equal installments of 180 000 Rub for each semester). Tuition fees for the 2012–2013 academic year will be specified by June 1, 2012.

Expected enrollment in 2012 • Up to 90 state-supported places for Russian Federation and CIS citizens, holding equal rights with the citizens of the Russian Federation pursuant to the REGULATIONS for Admission in 2012 of Foreign Applicants to Main Programs of Higher Professional Education at St. Petersburg University. • Up to 40 tuition-based places, incl. scholarships for Russian citizens (full tuition & monthly financial aid).
