Since the Gstaad Palace was founded in 1913, we have always taken pride in operating our business strongly based on real family values. These values, embedded in our daily life at work, outline the fundament for anything we do, we believe in and most importantly shall remind us what our business is truly about: the People.
Herewith, we would like to outline our company values to ensure our entire Palace family feels connected through common beliefs.

Being an entirely independent and internationally well renowned Luxury Resort, part of the “Leading Hotels of the World”, we constantly strive for an outstanding approach towards extraordinary quality in everything we do ; all services we provide and all investments we implement to elevate the Palace’s experiences to the next level. This certainly includes caring for guests, colleagues and partners. We treat each other with respect, integrity and empathy.
