Candidates For Director

ALECIA SAVAS

Alecia Savas is a born-and-raised Floridian and a Tampa Bay native, currently residing in Tampa, Florida. As a native, Alecia knows all the appealing aspects and true value of living in such a beautiful city and has successfully sold properties to a diverse array of clients throughout Tampa Bay.

In 2021, Alecia won the Homes.com & Homesnap Excellence in Client Service award, an award presented to top Homesnap Pro+ agents who demonstrated superb service to their clients.

She thrives when learning and enjoys partaking in continuous research and educational courses related to real estate. She holds several certifications and designations including Real Estate Pricing Strategy Advisor, Luxury Homes Certification, Commitment to Excellence Certification, Real Estate Social Media Marketing Certification, Short Sales & Foreclosures Certification and more.

Alexander Szinegh

Brittany Livingston

Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Brittany Livingston is a true native! Growing up, she developed a passion for singing and geared most of her energy into performing at any given opportunity! With an equal passion for animals, it eventually led her to a plant-based lifestyle, working closely with animals in every capacity possible. She still cherishes both passions, applying the latter to her work as Board of Director with a local non-profit focused on promoting more sustainable living, a role that she’s held since 2017. This role has taught Brittany how to effectively navigate running an organization by collaborating with colleagues. With a bachelor’s degree in criminology from the University of South Florida (USF) where she graduated with honors via Phi Sigma Theta, Brittany was actively involved in many student groups: from serving as fundraising chair for her criminal justice honor society, to being elected president of the animal-rights student organization, to serving on the student academic integrity committee, to interning with Hillsborough County’s Cruelty Investigations Department.

Brittany’s focus in life has been speaking up for others and doing what’s right, even when it’s not a popular opinion. She encourages everyone to follow their heart and have fun in the process! She serves as secretary for her neighborhood committee that puts together all the community’s events and continues to volunteer her time promoting business for a local restaurant after the owner shared concerns for the store’s future. She stepped up without hesitation! In the real estate world, Brittany has carried that same creed: “helping others however possible.” That’s why she quickly went from administrative assistant to office manager at her previous brokerage where she then adapted to the role of recruiter, trainer & mentor to hundreds of agents. Eight years later, she took a leap of faith to start practicing real estate herself. She instantly had a knack for it, becoming a consistent Top Producer at her brokerage. Chanel Kissa Baker is an Actress, Model, and Real Estate Agent. She is a native of Tampa and graduate of Tampa Bay Jefferson High School.

Deanne Pelfrey

Hello everyone! My involvement with association service started with the East Pasco Association, which I served on the Fund Raising committee as my first position in 2007. From there it was serving on the Board of Directors from 2008-2014, served as President-elect 2015, served as President in 2016, Past President in 2017 & 2018, and we started the merger with Greater Tampa in 2019. After the merger was complete, I served on the Board of Directors for Greater Tampa.

Decarlo Mckenzie

Elaine Pumarejo

Elaine is a Florida Real Estate Broker and Instructor. She has received four Florida REALTORS® Honor Society Awards for her overall participation in REALTOR® organizations and this year she got selected to participate in Florida REALTORS® Leadership Academy.

Elaine was born in the Dominican Republic and later migrated to NYC where she got established before relocating to Florida in 2015. She has a background in Graphic Design and technology.

Starting in the military, our candidate cultivated an impressive set of leadership and management skills, while undertaking roles such as Protocol Officer and Case Manager within the US Air Force. Our candidate's work ethic shone as they ensured dignified homecomings for fallen comrades, meticulously managed mortuary case files, and coordinated high-level military and civilian visits, establishing cooperative relationships with a variety of government officials and agencies.

Transitioning to the civilian sector, our nominee brought their refined interpersonal skills to the role of Outreach Officer at Our Children First Inc. There, they effectively implemented community engagement programs, coordinated events, and identified outreach opportunities, increasing community awareness and involvement.

As a Benefits Counselor, our candidate demonstrated exceptional knowledge of state and federal regulations, providing expert advice to several large enterprises on health benefits. Jennie Restrepo

Jennie Restrepo has been a REALTOR® in Tampa Bay since 2013. She graduated from the University of South Florida. Jennie has blended her professional experience of public speaking and brand design, social media management with her real estate career. Jennie began 2023 serving as the Affiliates Director and now serves on the Board as a GTR Director. Additionally Jennie was selected in 2023 to serve as a Florida REALTORS® Director. Now Jennie manages her agent experience along with being the marketing director for Insured Title Agency. A mother and local tourist, Jennie's vision for GTR is to drive member value through engaging experiences.
