The requests of the client were to have a recording studio independent from the house but also suitable to become a playroom when no band is using that, and to arrange some bedrooms under the pitched roof. This aim has been reached thanks to a corridor, orthogonal to the original church nave, containing the main entrance, the stairs, a cupboard system, the toilet and a balcony. This new axis splits the 12x9 church's hall dividing the house from the studio and connecting the two floors, with a pleasant balcony at the mezzanine level. The old church's entrance has now become the recording studio entrance and tech room.
