II. Abstract

ABSTRACT

This document is the result of research carried out during the second semester of 2020, during the Research Seminar course, imparted by Javier del Rio O. at the Creative Campus of the Andrés Bello National University (UNAB).

This is constituted as a theoretical and visual guide for the planning and implementation of the programs, services and systems necessary to provide a community in a urban expansion zone with a regenerative character, wishing, from an architectural point of view, to face the process of climate change that we currently face as a society, seeking to promote resilience.

It is from the collection of different architectural projects, examples of application, books, reports, summaries, magazines, annexes, definitions and images, of a wide variety of authors, that a theoretical basis is available to support research, and which at the same time is complemented by a series of consideration and personal suggestions that allow the reader, with or without prior knowledge, plan and implement such a project.
