WHAT IS BLENDED COURSE? Blended course is a course where you have two method of studying: regular classroom and online learning. Regular classroom: as a follow up and enrichment of the materials given online; as a practice of what have been learnt online (speaking, listening, reading and writing); as an error-correction discussion faced in the online (speaking, listening, reading and writing). Meanwhile Online learning: as a great exposure to authentic English resources; as a mean for independent study; as a media for learning with great flexibilities in terms of time, place and learning pace.
WHY BLENDED COURSE? Real English - Flexible Time - Personal Need Meaning: You can get real English by practicing online and in regular classroom, flexible time because you can learn online by yourself anywhere and anytime you want, personal need you can choose what you need most when you’re studying.

Duration: 60 hours (Blended Class) Aims: English for Modern Communication course is especially designed to help the participants to communicate more effectively and confidently in everyday situations and prepare them to enter the international digital work world.

COURSE CONTENT Objective: this course is designed to help the participants to learn to communicate more effectively and confidently in everyday working situations for their own purposes. By the end of the course, participants are expected to be able to: • Increase active vocabulary. • Develop reading and listening skill to support their speaking. • Have more confidence to talk about the topic being learned with great fluency and accuracy.
This topic covers things related to personal information and how to talk about it in both formal and informal context. It also includes discussion on how to compose a good CV and video profile that represents one’s personal information.
This topic covers things dealing with friends and colleagues and how to maintain friendship in different situation. It also includes how to write letters and emails in networking context.
This topic covers things related to daily routines and activities of different people with different jobs. It also includes certain activities at certain times or days.
This topic covers things related to parents upbringing and family relationship. It also includes some discussion on family matters.
This topic covers things related to different hobbies and interests that people enjoy doing. This also includes some discussions on how to turn hobbies and interests into professions.
In each parts, there are some tasks that will give the participants chances to practice their english both in written and oral form. The tasks are:
Each unit will have one assignments. You will be assessed individually and get personal inputs from your trainer. Pay close attention to the due date since you won’t be able to submit after the due date!
