Jason Plummer, the Republican candidate for the 12th District Congressional seat, speaks Thursday during a Pizza and Politics session at the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute. Plummer discussed his 12-point job plan and said, “If we can’t have a frank, honest discussion, then what kind of campaign are we running?” Pizza and Politics sessions will host 15 speakers this semester.
