Designed to facilitate its implementation in very dense urban centers, where the space is reduced. The Brazilian architect Felipe Campolina combines ecofriendliness with the mobility of a trailer in this dynamic building concept. These individual living units start from a modular system scaled from the standard OSB plate (oriented strand board) of 1,22m x 2,44m, and the construction system approach both, environmental and social issues. The main materials of the mobile unit are: structure in "steel framing"; vertical walls and floor in OSB with thermo-acoustic insulation; coverage in metal type sandwich tiles; window in tempered glass; green roof and walls; system of reuse of water. This structure is ideal to the hyper-centers of large cities, either as private residences or as hotels, according to the demand. It also allows an expansion both, horizontally and vertically, adjusted according to the skyline of the city. However, the project does not have the same performance in both, mobile house and high density building, as recommended by the architect.

Sustainable architecture or ecological design is the technique applied to ensure that our actions and decisions through design and production in architecture do not burden others with environmental and financial debts.

Some points are described here as project improvements to try to achieve a significant developments in the building; however, it is good to mention that the article stands out the good project's development thinking about mobile house. 1- Medium density building. To ensure high Indoor Environment Quality (IEQ) level for all occupants. It is provided some images in the botton of this page to illustrate this idea. 2- In medium rised building it is easier to create 'green areas' using roofs where it is not possible in high rise ones because the wind's speed increases proportionally with level. 3- Creating open areas in each floor to increase cross-ventilation and to increase the penetration of natural light (4). The article sugests a water system (5) that could be develop in the building structure to ensure the minimisation of water consumption from the urban infrastructure.

For mobile house, the author brings as example 'TurnOn' project where people's interaction change spaces, could generate energy and at the same time, increase the occupant's health. In a near future, some buildings will be formed by great urban centers. For achieve the correct design's result it is strong necessarily to provide all necessary environments (social, political and economical), and well developed relationship between them to be possible to provide well-being for all occupants, such as workers, visitants and residents. To illustrate this idea the article brings the Ciliwung Recovery Program project made for the 2010 eVolo Skyscraper Competition.
