This is the first contract awarded under open solicitation HC1047-17-R-0001. This was a competitive acquisition with offers received. This is a 10-year base contract. Maximum dollar amount is for the life of the contract. Locations of performance are Fort Meade, Maryland, and other areas located within and outside the continental U.S., with a JAN. 01, 2028, performance completion date. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies with direct and indirect benefits to the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, and the Federal Aviation Administration in conjunction with the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2018 through 2028 defense working capital funds.


The contracting activity is the Defense Information Systems Agency, Procurement Directorate, DITCO-NCR. (HC1047-17-R-0001)./ 6.5.2 Assumptions for Cash Flow Analysis Pre Startup: There was no Pre Startup for GBMV Growth. I stepped away from Cloud Software sales with no savings. A final commission check and a 4-week severance totaled $4,400. Year 1: Boot-strapped with a $5,000 CapitalOne Venture Card, $11,000 in EDD Unemployment Insurance payments over 6 months, a $5,000 cash investment from my mother, $5,000 in unused credit from a WF Platnium Credit Card. Year 2: Operating with an assumption of managing P&L responsibility over a $96,000,000.00 capital expenditure budget - a number approved by American Express Foreign Exchange Payment Services - they will handle the foreign payments. They are prepared to handle that volume.
