Through the upskilling of employees, we retain talent and business knowledge while we empower in house talent to do things differently making the Transformation process smoother and long-lasting. AGILE TRANSFORMATION DESIGNING THE PERFECT AGILE FIT This Agile Transformation was aimed to define the ad-hoc Agile Model for a security company and develop 8 international high-impact pilot projects while doing so. The project started with the training and alignment of all the involved employees (executors and directors). During three months, each of us performed the role of Agile coaching one of the pilots. The gathered experience and insights give shape to the final Agile Model of the company, which was iteratively constructed while it was being validated with the ongoing projects.
