MANDATORY EDUCATION RELATED TO DESIGNATION

All applicants must take the Construction Industry Ethics courses and have a minimum of 2 credits in one of the following areas as part of their education requirement: Project Manager/Owner: Law & Contracts, Construction Planning & Scheduling, Project Management & Project Costing Control/Accounting. Estimator: Measurement of Construction Work, Drawings & Specifications, Construction Contracts, Pricing/Bidding, Construction Documents, Regulatory Codes, Scheduling Communication. Superintendent: Management of HR in Construction, Construction Jobsite Controls & Planning & Scheduling. Foreperson: Construction 101 & Leadership for Safety Excellence.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 5 business days’ notice for a full refund unless otherwise stated. If the cancellation is less than 5 business days prior, we will work with the instructor to enroll the attendee in the same course at a later date, or by allowing another person to attend in their place. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate members where possible.

Some courses span multiple days. Registrants must attend all course dates as scheduled for the session. A portion of the course cannot be taken at a later date. Partial refunds will not be given.

Gold Seal courses require attendance and participation on ALL days in order to receive a credit towards certification.
