CNC Machine Shop Estimator, Deburr Technician, Quality Technician, Quality Engineer, and Entry-Level or experienced machinist positions are now available: Deburr Technician: Responsible for the final finishing of all parts and subcomponents using various small tools and a microscope. Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate for long periods of time are required for this position. Quality Technician: Prevents unsatisfactory products from reaching the shelves by examining materials for flaws and deviations from original product specifications. Inspect products for durability, function, customer satisfaction, and overall quality. Quality Engineer: Provides quality assurance support to quality management and the production team, ensuring that products meet customer specifications. Reviews design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of products. Ensures the documentation of products meet all quality and product integrity requirements. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and *blueprint reading CNC Machine Shop Estimator: Works closely with customers in responding to quote requests for a part including getting vendor quotes for material, outside processing, work holding and other materials needed to machine each part. Also obtains routing for machine functions from internal team of machinists to quote time and labor requirements. Machinists: Run CNC machines which use coded programs. Ongoing inspection of parts to insure tolerances are kept to spec. (*Blueprint reading helpful but will be taught.) INTERESTED?
