Tuesday, March 21 e police department has upgraded o ce computers, purchased ri es for all police cars and purchased four new tasers. Vehicles have been purchased to start a ve-year rotation to help drive down repair cost due to a previous 8-year rotation. ey were recipients of a $20,000 grant for new body cameras and have successfully maintained the department’s jail cell state certi cation along with implementing a complete and updated policy and procedures. And it has been many years since we have had a full roster of police o cers like we do currently, as the force has hired seven full-time o cers. You, as a registered voter, have the ability to keep improvements forthcoming, making Dansville an even better place to live and raise a family.
