Job Requirements: 18 years of age or older. Clean NY State driver’s license. Knowledge of NEC and local electric codes. Ability to read/ interpret electrical schematics, knowledge of low voltage control systems (480v or less) and ability to work from elevated heights and harnesses.

Town of Wayland is seeking a Weed Harvester Helper for the Loon Lake Weed Control Program. Season is from June to September, 2023.
Duties: Operate aquatic weed harvester, vegetation conveyor, and dump truck to cut and remove shoreline and lake weeds; Position requires mechanical knowledge for the safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
Candidates must have a valid clean driver’s license. Entry level position - $15.00 per Hour 20 to 30 hours per week.
