Advertising Policy Credit/Billing

New advertisers are expected to pre-pay their first four weeks, and also complete a standard credit application. Thereafter customer will be put on account and billed monthly. Payment terms are NET 15 DAYS FROM MONTH END. All billing discrepancies must be reported to the Genesee Valley Penny Saver within 30 DAYS of monthly billing statement.

Once an account has reached 60 days past due, advertising will not be accepted. After 30 days past due, discounts will not apply.

Agency Advertising: Agency advertising is welcome, and all accredited advertising agencies will qualify for a 15% discount if ad(s) are prepaid before the publication date.

No other discounts apply.

Distribution: Total market saturation. Mix of postal delivery and adult carrier.

Editorial & Publicity Articles: We do not maintain an editorial staff or provide for such items. Advertisers or agencies requiring news releases can purchase space in the form of advertising.

Errors: Genesee Valley Publications, Inc. will not be liable for any error to a greater extent than the cost of the space occupied by the error. Errors must be reported within 30 DAYS of publication date to be considered for adjustment.
