HOW TO DETERMINE IF IT’S TIME TO DOWNSIZE Our 9 editions are published weekly with a total circulation of over 147,000 Office:

Market: The real estate market is another factor to consider when deciding if the time is right to downsize. A seller’s market can help seniors get the biggest return on their real estate investment, potentially helping them make up for meager retirement savings. For example, home prices skyrocketed across the country during the COVID-19 pandemic, making that a great time for sellers to put their homes on the market. Seniors selling to downsize may capitalize on such spikes since they won’t be looking to turn around and buy larger, equally expensive homes once they sell their current place. If the market is down and seniors can withstand the work and cost a little longer, it may be best to wait until things bounce back in sellers’ favor.

Condition of the property: Product shortages were another trend to emerge during the pandemic, and disruptions to the supply chain will not necessarily go away anytime soon. In addition, the cost of various products associated with home improvements, including lumber, skyrocketed during the pandemic. The National Association of Home Builders noted that while lumber prices declined in 2021, the price of lumber packages quoted to builders remained high. That means real estate investors who invest in properties that will need work could be forced to pay a lot to fix these properties. And ongoing supply chain issues could extend the time it takes to renovate a property. Investors must be able to bear these costs and lag times to make the most off their real estate investments.

REDUCE RADON IN YOUR HOME

• Our Specialty - Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations

Testing can determine if radon is present in a home. Homeowners can rely on professional companies or purchase self-testing kits at home improvement retailers. If a test comes back positive for high levels, conduct a follow-up test before taking any measures to fix the problem. Unusual weather can increase radon levels. If repeat testing yields the same results, efforts to reduce radon levels are necessary. Homeowners must keep in mind that no two situations are the same and various techniques may be necessary to reduce radon levels in a home. Simply opening the windows in a home may not be enough, and many radon remedies require the skilled services of professional contractors who are experienced in radon reduction procedures. Homes can be fixed, but some instances may be best left to the professionals.

LAWN & LANDSCAPING

TOOLS OF THE HOME RENOVATOR’S TRADE

Ontario Lawn & Garden Services

Home renovation projects can be both exciting and tricky. Do-ityourselfers are inspired by designs showcased in magazines, websites and their own communities. When DIY enthusiasts see a design they like, it’s understandable that they may want to emulate these looks at home. Remodeling is one of the larger DIY undertakings, and it goes beyond simple carpentry. Considering demolition, reconstruction, electrical, plumbing, and masonry work may be part of the DIY package, homeowners who are thinking about renovations must first stock up on the tools and other supplies of the trade. Having the right tools can mean the difference between a job well done and a job that needs to be redone.

REMODELING MUST-HAVE KITCHEN REMODEL FEATURES People likely spend more time raiding the refrigerator than the freezer on any given day. Rather than having to bend down to seek out that favorite flavor of Greek yogurt, choose a model with the fridge on top and freezer on the bottom, especially if anyone in the household has mobility issues. When shopping for refrigerators, French-door style units may offer even more access, making it easy for homeowners to slide fruit trays, sheet cakes and other large items into the fridge.

Upcycling: Transforming the ‘Old’ into a Better ‘New’ Turn old or discarded furniture, cabinets and doors into fresh new creations through “upcycling” -- high-end “recycling” that reduces trash at landfills by refurbishing or repurposing existing pieces, often enhancing the value. Doors and more: Solid wood doors make great tops for tables and kitchen islands, old-fashioned screen doors hung from the ceiling can store pots and pans, and old windows make attractive wall hangings used “as is” or with additions, such as photos.

DID YOU KNOW? Getting out and about is a vital component of many seniors’ daily lives, but it’s important that aging men and women recognize how much exercise is healthy for them. The Department of Health & Human Services notes that adults need a mix of physical activity to stay healthy. That mix should be a combination of moderate-intensity aerobic activities, which can include golfing, swimming and even gardening, and muscle strengthening activities like weightlifting that make the muscles work harder than usual. The DHHS recommends adults combine 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week with at least two days of muscle-strengthening activities. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention notes that these guidelines are safe for individuals who are 65 and older, generally fit and have no limiting health conditions. Individuals who do not fit that criteria should consult with their physicians before beginning a new exercise regimen, as it’s possible that they could be putting their health at considerable risk if they attempt to follow guidelines designed for people who are generally fit. It’s also important that healthy seniors avoid overdoing it in regard to exercise. Though the DHHS suggestions are the minimum recommendations, going too far beyond those guidelines without first consulting a physician could increase seniors’ risk for injury, illness or even death. S E V RA Whiteout Rescue On March 12th during a whiteout, I ended up in a ditch on 20A in Geneseo. I want to thank the gentleman in the dark SUV who pulled my vehicle out. He was a lifesaver. He wouldn’t take any money. I was frantic, but thanks to him, I made it home. Thanks to the driver from M&R who also helped. There are good and caring people out there, and I am so appreciative!

It’s [not] a gas! Why do all gas stations raise prices as fast as they do? What about all the gas that is in tanks in the ground that was purchased at lower price? Are they are making a ton of money at our expense? Science, not Politics Climate change is not confusing if you follow the science. But it is if you follow the politics. The science has been studied for decades, and the connection between CO2 emissions and climate change is clear. Human activity is affecting the climate in mere decades, not the eons of naturally occurring climate change. Who’s denying it? People whose political dogma disagrees with proven scientific fact.

They provide a good service to our area and surrounding areas. They also collect items for and provide assistance to the Livonia Food Pantry. Good job; you are appreciated! Thanks, Midlakes! Amazing job to Midlakes High School on their opening weekend of Elf The Musical! The students have worked so hard, and it shows. We all need some laughs right about now, and the show did not disappoint!

SENIOR NEWS By Matilda Charles

How Well Do You Know Your iPhone? Did you know there is a flashlight on your iPhone? I just found mine. Courtesy of BoomerTECH Adventures online, I’ve not only learned that there is a flashlight, but how to access it. BoomerTECH Adventures is a website aimed at seniors (although I don’t know why it wouldn’t appeal to anybody with an Apple device) who want to expand how they use their iPhone, iPad or Mac computer and learn about all the features. Right on the home page of the website (as of this writing) is a free video about turning slides into digital images and a free video about how to change the email password on your iPad. In addition, there is a link to its blog covering a wide variety of Apple device-related topics. Not all the videos are free, however. There are full courses, such as the Introduction to iPhone Basics ($30), which includes four videos and a course booklet. There is Introduction to Zoom Basics, wherein you can learn how to have those video calls with your family ($30). This one consists of eight videos that cover everything you need to know from setting it up to how to have appropriate lighting. Maximizing Your iPad’s Potential is a $30 course that covers over a dozen areas and iPad topics, such as basic navigation, personalizing the look and making folders, communicating with messages and video, using the camera, editing photos and much more. Mac computer owners aren’t left out -- there is an Introduction to Mac Basics ($30) course. BoomerTECH Adventures was started by a trio of educators, all of them seniors, which means they know we learn new things in different ways at different paces. If you have an Apple iPhone and want to know how to do more than place a call, check BoomerTECH Adventures (www.boomertechadventures. com). (c) 2022 King Features Synd., Inc.

We stand with Ukraine. You Can, Too. BY AMANDA DUDEK

T

he news headlines and footage pouring in from the Ukraine are incredibly tragic. “Pregnant woman & her baby injured in Mariupol maternity hospital bombing have died, AP reports,” “Strike hits facility for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities near Kyiv, says regional council,” and many such headlines, like these from CNN, stream to American homes, spaced by minutes, not hours. Many of us around the globe watch, horrified, asking, What can I do? In the face of this devastating war, more than 2.5 million Ukrainians have fled their country, arriving as war refugees in several neighboring nations. Some arrive with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Although it can sometimes be difficult to distinguish between legitimate and illegitimate relief organizations, we are bringing you four we feel confident are truly supporting Ukrainians in need. ROCMaidan: ROCMaidan is a Rochester-based community organization that delivers medical supplies and equipment, arranges humanitarian aid, and supplies injured Ukrainians with medical support. Group members recognize that Ukrainians have faced conflict for some time, have been supporting them for several years, and are continuing to send supplies to many Ukrainian hospitals. Formed to support democratic Ukrainian voices in 2014’s EuroMaidan, ROCMaidan’s diverse professionals “provide information, advocacy, connection and communication with federal, state, and local officials, information sharing with media and educational institutions, and the general public.” rocmaidan.org | contact@rocmaidan.org | 1040 Jackson Rd, Webster, NY 14580 | (585) 872-0240 Global Empowerment Mission: With its teams on-site in Medyka, Poland, Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) is at the Ukrainian border in one of the countries currently receiving thousands of Ukrainian war refugees. Established in 2011 as a nonprofit first responder organization assisting with global disasters, GEM quickly found itself sending support to crises in 28 countries and all 50 U.S. States as well as U.S. Territories. “In 2017, GEM began operating Bethenny Frankel’s #BStrong initiative, which fills this need by supplying unrestricted cash card distributions, allowing beneficiaries to meet their individual needs.” According to its website, GEM was almost immediately active along the Ukrainian border. GEM arrived “along the Ukrainian-Polish border within 2 days of the start of the crisis.” Its plan includes the following: • Aid into Ukraine: Since the cities under siege are running low on supplies, your donation is importing and purchasing food, water, basic necessities, medicine and medical equipment needed in a war zone. These are handed off to our Polish partner who delivers the aid to cities like Kiev. • Relocation assistance: Since the border cities are inundated with refugees, we are rapidly identifying people who have friends and family within the EU that can house and support them…[providing] transportation, lodging and airfare to the destination of their loved ones. Also, we are helping refugees out of tents and into warm homes of Polish families through our connection with the Polish churches.

• Stability housing: With our Polish partners…renting additional housing facilities to refugees who are unable to find temporary housing through Polish families…We are [providing] housing, food and transportation. • Non-Ukrainian refugees: We have identified a special class of refugees where the needs are much more complicated due to visa situations and language barriers…[providing] a service that other NGOs may not currently provide. • Expansion into Hungary & Romania: …Scaling outside of Poland to partners in two other Ukrainian border countries to provide aid. With respective warehouses in Poland and Hungary, millions of dollars in supplies on the way, millions more in aid, hundreds of thousands of pounds of food, and more, GEM encourages everyone to join them in supporting the men, women, and children desperately fleeing Ukraine. globalempowermentmission.org | info@globalempowermentmission.org | 1810 NW 94th Ave Doral, FL 33172 | (800) 995-7604 Ukrainian Red Cross Society: For over 100 years, the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) has faithfully served the people of Ukraine and beyond, sending over 100,000 of its nurses to the front during World War II. Now, in the face of Russia’s ongoing invasion, they are performing continuous disaster relief due to explosions, fires, and the many other ravages of war. This relief includes “coordinating the reception of humanitarian aid from abroad and its further distribution, working at border crossing points with refugees, providing first aid, providing food at the railway station to people who have been forced to flee their homes due to armed conflict and assisting them in resettlement, delivering humanitarian aid to bomb shelters, medical institutions, places of temporary stay, and more. redcross.org.ua/en | national@redcross.org.ua | Ukraine|0-800-331-800 Sava’s Safe Haven: Something that can sometimes almost be forgotten in the midst of Ukraine’s humanitarian crisis is the effect this upheaval would necessarily have on Ukrainian families’ beloved pets. For many, it is as unthinkable to leave their furry family members behind as it would be for many of us. This week, in our Paw’s Corner feature, Sam Mazzotta encourages a reader worried to review an article on Euronews.green entitled, “The countries and organizations helping Ukraine’s pet refugees find a safe haven.” This article sites a Romanian group called Sava’s Safe Haven, stating that the group helps refugees working to bring their pets into Romania with them. Also, Sava’s Safe Haven takes pets from single men ages 18-30 who are currently forbidden to leave Ukraine which is under martial law. As Mazzotta wisely encouraged, check out a registered charity before sending it money; visit www.charitynavigator.org to search by name. www.savassafehave.com| info@savassafehaven.com | Romania | +40-766-749-680

HINTS TO HELP YOU PROTECT YOUR KIDS IN THE CAR (NAPSI)—Keeping your kids on the road to safety when in and around a car can be easier if you take these steps: What You Can Do First, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), you should look for a car with these vehicle safety features:

ADDRESS WINDSHIELD DAMAGE PROMPTLY Windshields are designed to protect drivers and their vehicles from wind and other natural elements while the cars are in motion. Windshields are made from tempered glass, which is processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared to normal glass. While relatively strong for a pieces of glass, windshields are not impervious to damage. All it takes is a single rock or piece of road debris to be kicked up from the roadway and hit the windshield to cause a problem. Every day, motorists encounter pebbles or other small missiles that bounce up from the road and come in contact with their windshields. Many deflect with no problem, but under high speeds, debris can cause chips, dings, and even cracks in the windshield. Cracks easily spread from road vibration and heat and can compromise the integrity of the windshield. If your car’s windshield is cracked and it shatters during a collision, you and your passengers are at great risk of injury. In addition, police officers can write tickets if windshields appear to be unsafe. So it’s in drivers’ best interests to repair damaged windshields promptly. Drivers may be able to repair small dings themselves with a do-it-yourself windshield kit available at automotive retailers. If a crack is less than six to 12 inches long, it can probably be repaired as well. However, more significant damage will require that the entire windshield be replaced.

Spring c leaning enc ompasses a host of tasks, and homeow ners w ho w ant a truly c lean house should not overlook smaller tasks that c an produce big results.

• Side-impact air bags • Advanced frontal air bags • Automatic door locks. Next, the NHTSA says, you should always remember to: 1. Use a car seat for every trip—even when you’re just going down the street. Select the car seat based on your child’s age and size, and always follow the manufacturer’s directions. Make sure it’s compatible with your vehicle by checking the car seat manufacturer’s instructions. 2. Keep kids in the backseat at least through age 12. 3. Tell children not to play around vehicles. Before getting into a vehicle, check around and behind it, as well as the surrounding area, to ensure no children are present.

Magic Maze PLACES IN THE U.S. WITH BIRD NAMES

4. Buckle and lock any unused seat belts to keep kids from getting tangled up in them. 5. Never leave a child unattended in a vehicle, no matter how short the stop, or what the weather is, even if the windows are cracked. The car can heat up very quickly in almost all weather conditions. Even with moderate outside temperatures in the mid-60s, a vehicle’s interior can quickly heat up to more than 110° F. In addition, if the ignition is on or the keys are in the ignition, children can accidentally cause the vehicle to roll or even drive away. What Can Help To prevent precious cargo from being left in cars, one company has come up with an ingenious Rear Door Alert (RDA) technology. An industry first, the system was developed by two mothers who are also engineers at Nissan. It monitors when the rear door is opened and closed before and after the vehicle is in motion. The system responds with a series of notifications if a rear door was used prior to a trip but was not reopened after the trip. Once the vehicle is in park and the ignition is turned off, the system will first display a notification in the instrument panel and progresses to distinctive chirps of the horn to remind drivers to check the backseat. Nissan’s RDA is easy to configure and can be temporarily or permanently turned off through a menu in the cluster display. Already available in the Nissan Pathfinder, for model year 2019, RDA will be standard equipment on eight other Nissan cars, including the best-selling Rogue and the all-new Altima. By model year 2022, it will be standard on all the company’s four-door trucks, sedans and SUVs. Learn More: For further information, go to www.NissanUSA.com and www.NHTSA.gov. DID YOU KNOW? The American Heartworm Society advises dog owners to have their furry companions tested for heartworm annually. Such tests can typically be conducted during routine preventive care visits to the veterinarian. The AHS notes that such tests are necessary even for dogs that are taking year-round heartworm prevention medications. Tests can confirm that such programs are working or indicate if they are not effective. The American Veterinary Medical Association notes that antigen tests are the most commonly performed tests. These tests detect the presence of adult female heartworms and they are typically highly accurate. If a test is positive, veterinarians may recommend further testing, including radiographs, a blood profile and an echocardiogram. Such tests can determine a number of things about the infection, including its severity. The AVMA also notes that the additional testing can help determine the best course of treatment. Cat owners should know that it’s more difficult to detect heartworm in cats than in dogs. The AHS indicates that cats are much less likely than dogs to have adult heartworms, making the disease harder to detect in felines. Veterinarians may recommend cats receive both the antigen test and an antibody test, which detects exposure to heartworm larvae. The AVMA notes that more testing may increase the likelihood of detecting the disease in cats.

How to Help Pets Fleeing Ukraine Find Safe Haven

In the open gate of the year...

DEAR PAW’S CORNER: The tragic war in Ukraine weighs heavily on my mind, as I’m sure it does for many others. And I wonder every day if the people fleeing are able to take their pets. If so, how can I help both pets and their owners coming from Ukraine? -- Gerry A., Utica, New York DEAR GERRY: Animal welfare and humanitarian organizations are actively teaming up as I write this, working to find ways to provide food and shelter to the pets that Ukraine’s refugees (now over 2 million and counting) brought with them on their perilous journey to the west. Countries bordering Ukraine -- Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovenia -- have temporarily relaxed their restrictions on pets. But many pets need care and foster homes because their owners had to leave them and return to Ukraine to join the fight. While donations to major organizations like the Humane Society will help, you can make the most impact by donating directly to groups that are at the borders right now, setting up pet shelters and providing medical care to pets as they arrive. Unlike some large groups, which take a significant percentage of donations to cover administrative costs, donating directly to smaller organizations means that a much higher percentage of your dollars go directly to food, shelter and medical care (including vaccinations) for Ukraine’s animals as they arrive at the borders. A Euronews.green article profiles two groups that are on the ground right now. Go to the site and search for “Ukraine’s Pet Refugees” to read about them. And the Belgian-based Eurogroup for Animals lists several more groups that are directly helping animals caught in this upheaval. Go to its website and search for “animal protection organisations-ukraine” to learn more. To check out a registered charity before sending it money, visit www.charitynavigator.org to search by name. NOW HERE’S A TIP By JoAnn Derson * Here’s a great tip for freezing strawberries: Slip a berry into each section of an ice-cube tray, and then stack trays in the freezer. When frozen, transfer berries to a zippertop bag and store in the freezer. They won’t stick together, and you can just use what you need. * “Vinegar (1/3 cup) works just as well as rinsing agents in your dishwasher. Simply add it to the wash with your regular dishwasher detergent. It can help with cloudy glassware.” -- W.C. in Washington * “Another great use for a length of nylon stocking, or a knee-high, as we used to call them: Slip over your pet brush and poke the bristles through. Brush your cat or dog as normal. When you’re done, you can pull the knee-high stocking right off and all the hair will be caught inside!” -- P.K. in Pennsylvania * If you have a pickle- or jelly-jar lid that’s stuck on, try using the handle end of a butter knife to tap a few indentations around the edges. This can sometimes loosen the seal, making it easier to remove the lid. * “When you get to the bottom of a bag of chips or a box of crackers, there usually are a lot of crumbs. I save ours in a baggie, then add them to breadcrumbs to bread fish or chicken. They add a lot of flavor, and it’s basically free! It’s funny, because I see packages of flavored breadcrumbs at the grocery store, and they are pretty expensive.” -R.L. in Virginia * Fresh ginger can be frozen. Simply grate as needed. The flavor remains, and it will stay fresh much longer. ●

Too Much Fruit Juice Can Worsen Diabetes ---

DEAR DR. ROACH: I have a friend who recently learned she’s prediabetic. She’s also very obese. She has started juicing her fruits and vegetables in order to lose weight and get healthier. Isn’t it just healthier to eat produce whole as opposed to making juice out of it? -- N.F.E. ANSWER: Eating more vegetables and fewer simple sugars and processed starches is a good idea for nearly all people who want to eat healthier, and it may help people lose weight. Fruits also are an important part of diet, but for people with or at high risk for diabetes, I recommend no more than one or two fruits with meals, and that the fruits be whole. Fruit juice is absorbed much more rapidly into the blood, so excess fruit juice can actually precipitate diabetes or worsen diabetes control. Juicing makes it easy to consume vegetables and fruits, but in addition to the problem with faster sugar absorption, taking food in liquid form usually isn’t as satisfying. That’s not true for everyone, but since reducing calories is essential for weight loss in nearly everybody, juicing may have the opposite effect, unfortunately, and I don’t recommend it in general. Of course, what doesn’t work for one person may work great for someone else. If she is able to change her diet, reduce unhealthy choices and lose some weight, then juicing may be just right for her. I would still recommend against too much fruit juice, and to have fruits mixed in with vegetables, preferably taken with some protein and healthy fat. Never forget that exercise is the other critical intervention for diabetes prevention or control.

GO GREEN WITH YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE Walk, run or ride to the gym. Many people get the bulk, if not the entirety, of their exercise at a gym. For those who live outside of major cities, that likely involves driving to and from a gym before and after workouts. Instead of driving, consider walking, running or riding to the gym. Each option provides great cardiovascular exercise that can reduce or replace the time people spend on treadmills or elliptical machines. And cutting back on driving reduces fuel consumption and auto emissions, greatly benefitting the planet.

TRY A TASTE OF HISPANIC HERITAGE (NAPSI)—National Hispanic Heritage Month is an opportunity to acknowledge the history, culture and contributions of the people of Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America, and Spain. One of the best ways to celebrate, many say, is with food. Making that easy is one restaurant chain that’s having a year-round love affair with Latin and Hispanic cuisine. Long known for its authentic Tex-Mex roots, Church’s Chicken®/Texas Chicken® has spent years championing the commemorative period—which runs from September15 to October 15th—on a global stage. The first Hispanic influence on the company’s menu was the jalapeño pepper—the very first side item ever offered at the restaurant chain. The peppers were added to the menu due to a San Antonio tradition of squeezing their juice over various foods to give them a south-of-theborder style “kick” of heat and spice. The restaurant’s sister brand, Texas Chicken, features the Mexicana Burger on menus worldwide. This tasty chicken burger is a fiesta of tastes and textures, with a juicy hand-battered chicken breast fillet that’s topped “taco style” with cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato, spicy mayo, crunchy tortilla chips and chopped onions. TAKE A CUE FROM SUCCESSFUL WOMEN Make time for exercise. A sluggish body can make for a sluggish mind. Successful people need to be sharp, and exercise can help them maintain their mental focus. According to John J. Ratey, Ph.D., a clinical associate professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, muscles send hormones rushing to the brain where they mix with a substance called brain-derived neurotrophic factor, or BDNF. BDNF plays a role in brain cell growth and learning. Without it, brains can’t absorb new information or grow and learn. Exercise also helps relieve stress, which can make resolutions easier to see and make tasks less overwhelming.

DID YOU KNOW? According to the American Osteopathic Association, one in five teenagers will now experience some form of hearing loss. That rate is roughly 30 percent higher than it was 20 years ago. Though various factors have contributed to that increase, the AOA notes that many experts believe an increased use of headphones among teenagers is partly to blame. Listening to headphones at high volumes for extended periods of time can lead to lifelong hearing loss for children and teens. Parents can encourage children and teenagers to listen to music at reasonable levels when using their headphones, and one effective way to control volume without sacrificing sound is to use over-the-ear headphones instead of earbuds. The Cleveland Clinic notes that over-theear headphones are generally more effective than earbuds at cancelling outside noise. That allows over-the-ear headphone users to listen to music at lower volumes, which can significantly reduce their risk for noise-induced hearing loss.

9 DAY NOVENA PRAYER TO ST. JOSEPH: O, St. Joseph, whose protection is so great, so strong, so prompt before the Throne of God, I place in you all my interests and desires. O, St. Joseph, do assist me by your powerful intercession and obtain for me from your divine Son all spiritual blessings through Jesus Christ, Our Lord. So that, having engaged here below your heavenly power, I may offer my thanksgiving and homage to the most loving of Fathers. O, St. Joseph, I never weary contemplating you and Jesus asleep in your arms; I dare not approach while He reposes near your heart. Press Him in my name and kiss His fine Head for me, and ask Him to return the Kiss when I draw my dying breath. St. Joseph, Patron of departing souls, pray for me. Amen. Say for nine consecutive mornings for anything you may desire. It has seldom been known to fail. This prayer was found in the fiftieth year of Our Lord Saviour Jesus Christ. In 1505 it was sent from the Pope to Emperor Charles when he was going into battle. Whoever reads this prayer or hears it or carries it, will never die a sudden death, nor be drowned, nor will poison take effect on them. They will not fall into the hand of the enemy, nor be burned in any fire nor will they be defeated in battle. Make this prayer known everywhere. Imprintatur, Most Rev. George W.
