GENERAL STORE, ICE CREAM STAND, AND SNACK BAR

We are also seeking seasonal, part-time sta to work as GROUNDSKEEPER POOL MAINTENANCE

Duties to include, but not limited to: maintaining the in-ground pool, mowing, trimming, keeping the park and patio clean, learn, and implement park rules and the Monroe County Regulations.

Duties to include, but not limited to: cashier, scoop ice cream and make sundaes, milkshakes, etc., prepare and complete orders in the Snack Shop, stock inventory, keep the store/park clean, clean bathhouses, communicate with customers, become certi ed in CPR, learn, and implement the park rules and the Monroe County Regulations.

Genesee Community College has openings for Temporary Summer Instructors for the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP).

Instructors are wanted for each of the following subject areas: English, Math and Academic Skills. ese instructors are responsible for providing engaging, creative, and interactive instruction and coursework to high school students from school districts around NYS during the 3 to 6-week Summer Program. e instruction provided is intended to enhance skills on a pre and post-Accuplacer Exam, turn students on to learning, and prepare them for the following academic school year. Master’s Degree and/or Certi cation in a related eld or 18 graduate hours in the subject area to teach required or a Master’s with 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience at a college level.

It requires the ability to be sensitive to participants’ needs and to provide appropriate direction. Associate degree and experience in customer service required. Experience working with peer or youth relations highly desired.

is is a full-time, temporary, assignment. Duration of assignment is anticipated to be 4 weeks from the last week of July through the third week of August. Incumbent will be required to reside on campus during this assignment. is position will share in the overnight supervision of students.
