School District Clerk

Byron-Bergen CSD seeking an experience and motivated team member for a full-time, 12-month position of School District Clerk (Payroll/Bene ts) beginning approx. July 1, 2023.

Requirements include: AAS Degree in Accounting or Business Management or equivalent years of education and experience. Knowledge of payroll processing, managing bene ts and accounting, Microso O ce Suite, and Adobe Professional is preferred. Salary Range: $42,000-$52,000. In this role, you must be extremely detail-oriented, with superior organization skills and the ability to balance/prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to maintain strict con dentiality. Job duties include, but are not limited to: processing and reconciling bi-weekly payroll, conducting new hire orientation, accounts payable, purchase order preparation, responding and resolving employee issues/concerns with payroll, health insurance bene ts, workers compensation, retirement systems, and other duties as assigned.
