This is where the “4 paws rescue society” comes in to help. They can help if you feel you are unable to care for a pet you can come to the Band Office and pick up some forms to sign and they will put the dog up for adoption to be placed in a better and caring environment, if you do not wish for the dogs to go with them then that’s ok. We also have a form here for your animal to get neutered or spayed with no cost. Also see (pg.3) By-law respecting the control of dogs on the reserve.
