NOTICE FOR BID: In need of caterers to provide morning snacks,morning refreshments, and lunch for the Ninogaad Project Meeting, March 13-14, 2017. Gila’kasla, The Communications Team would like to formally extend an opportunity for any caterers in the community. We are looking for caterers to provide a healthy meal proposalwith an approximate budget cost for the lunch, snacks and refreshments. Please have it typed or hand written for when you stop by the Band Office this week. The deadline for the bid will be Friday, March 10, 2017. Please stop by before Friday to discuss the details. We also ask that the Caterers be on time precisely at 9:00AM on both meeting dates to provide the morning snacks and morning refreshments and please have lunch ready to serve at precisely 12:00PM for March 13th, 2017. We also need caterers to provide plates/bowls and cutlery since we are having the meeting at the Family Unit. We want to remind the community and caterers that the lowest bid for the job will not always the catering contract. Any caterers who meet the qualifications will be asked to sign a contract; the bid will still be available to others if it is not signed. We also want to remind caterers that if only one bid comes in, and you have missed the deadline, the individual who put their bid in on time will have the contract. Please be mindful of the application deadline.
