Please tell us about your ministry and where is it located? My ministry is located in Sanford, Florida. Currently we have our Church services over the radio airways on WSDO 1400AM, in the city reside we in. How many years have you been in ministry? I have been in ministry over 10 years, pastoring a small congregation alongside my husband in Fort Myers, Florida. We transferred to the Central Florida location in 2016 following the leading of the Holy Spirit. Explain what has been the most rewarding part in your ministry work. The most rewarding, is seeing the labor from my work. Yes, God gets the Glory, but it’s encouraging when people come back and share how our ministry impacted their lives. Your ministry is “Fisher of Men Homeless Outreach Inc.” Please tell about your mission and how we can support it. Fisher of Men Homeless Outreach Inc. was birthed in 2016 as a nonprofit organization recognized by the state of Florida. Even when I was in the world of sin God gave me compassion beyond my control to help people, this is how I knew I was called by God. I could feel God calling me and moving me to pray for people on the streets; however, when I surrendered my life completely to God, my passion turned into God’s Power. Not only did they experience my love, but God’s love through me. Anybody can feed the homeless, but it takes Gods power to change them. When God uses us for this kind of ministry, the homeless are experiencing God and lives are being transformed and that’s when we become "FISHER OF MEN.” That's powerful! Our website www.pray4thehomeless.com You wrote a book called, Thoughts of a Prophetic Mind: Encouragement for the Mind, Body, & Soul. Tell us what your book is about and where can we can purchase it? This book is full of spiritual encouragement quotes. Due to the massive response from my Facebook quotes, I used my quotes from Facebook and put them in a book and God blessed it. My husband said to me one day," Those are powerful quotes; you should put them in a book. So that is what I did. You can order at Barnes & Noble or Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/Thoughts-Prophetic-Mind-Encouragement-Body/ dp/1539731359 At this time, do you have any upcoming books, conferences, and events you would like to share with us? No, but I am very busy preaching on my own platforms that God has blessed me with, such as Great Awakening Christian Radio. We currently air our radio programs in over 169 countries and 50 states worldwide. I am thankful that I obeyed God to begin my own radio internet ministry because now we have listeners worldwide that support us and truly believe in the vision. I know you have a radio show called, “Great Awakening Christian Broadcast” Give us some details about the show and where we can listen in to it. My radio show is called “Great Awakening Broadcast,” but I am also founder and owner of Great Awakening Christian Radio. We air powerful interviews by Christian authors, Gospel artists, play Gospel music and share the Word of God. You can listen 24/7 at www.gabradio.org 11

If someone wants to be on your show, “Great Awakening Christian Radio” where can they sign up? www.gabradio.org and click on Host your own radio show or request an interview.

Being a Woman of God in ministry, what services do you provide to people who are lost in sin and are trying to find their way to become saved by accepting Jesus Christ into their life? We give out FREE Bibles during our outreach ministry. I also am a spiritual midwife who is ordained by God to mentor other women who is weak in their faith. I prophesy as God leads but mainly offer word of Godly wisdom to those women who want to learn from me. But, I am open to the Holy Spirit, whoever God sends to me, I obey, whether male or female. Also my husband and I, Apostle Aaron Furlow work together, he is also my Apostolic covering. How important is a positive leadership role in ministry? It’s very important; it can make you or break you. We are a light to this world, and people follow us whether we know it or not. They are watching, that is why we must be living examples of God’s Word daily because you never know who you are inspiring to live holy. Paul said, "Follow me as I Follow Christ" I live by that motto. Give us some words to educate, inspire, and encourage women and all of our readers of Growth Women’s Business Networks Magazine. Never give up. No matter who support you or not. Keep praying because God has not given any of us the spirit of fear but love, power, and sound mind. Work your vision, write it down and make it plain and watch the power of God manifest because of your faithfulness.

Michelle Coe Please tell us about Beautifully Reconstructed Ministries and where is it located? Beautifully Reconstructed is a Ministry devoted to helping others discover how GOD can use their brokenness to craft them into a beautifully reconstructed vessel and launch them into their purpose and divine destiny! Having been molested at an early age, I lived a great portion of her life bound by perversion. I found it challenging to break free due to not being able to uncover my truth due the shame I felt as it was not a topic of discussion in the Ministries I previously attended. I have been given a mandate to discuss this as well as other topics that are buried under a religious cover. Through transformational coaching, conference calls, restoration seminars, speaking engagements and an array of ministerial assignments, I, boldly declare my personal testimonies of salvation and deliverance. I believe and stand on the Word that we overcome by the Blood of the Lamb, so am transparent about my past to help others embrace their true identity in CHRIST! This Ministry is located in Greenville, SC. How many years have you been in ministry? Although I have been operating in Ministry prior to receiving an official title; March 16, 2014 I was ordained under my spiritual covering as a Minister and the following year on November 1, 2015 I was ordained a Five-Fold Ministry Teacher. Beautifully Reconstructed Ministries was licensed November 2016 and officially launched July 15, 2017. What types of services do you offer through Beautifully Reconstructed Ministries? Beautifully Reconstructed Ministries offers individual and corporate Transformational Coaching, Mentoring, Conference Speaking, workshops and advertising opportunities through our Radio platform. What is your greatest accomplishment in ministry? The greatest accomplishment is our ability to serve through giving. We are a ministry that believes in love through action so helping those in transitional facilities as well as those who are homeless brings us a great sense of accomplishment! You have a network with a radio show on it called “Beautifully Reconstructed Radio, Let’s Talk, Let’s Heal, Let’s Live.” Please tell the readers about your radio show and how they can support it. “Beautifully Reconstructed Radio, Let’s Talk, Let’s Heal, Let’s Live" is where ministry meets Radio. As the host, it is a platform in which I have been given the opportunity to show GOD still saves, delivers and heals! Each week a guest joins us to share their journey to salvation as well as how they allowed YAHWEH to guide them to complete freedom from circumstances of their past that were meant to annihilate their purpose. We truly believe transparency heals and people need to understand that others too had a process. Often times we hide who we were before being transformed and others feel as if no one can understand their plight, this show dismantles that deception so others can embrace GOD is not a respecter of persons and they too can be free! We air every Monday at 7:00 PM. The show can be accessed by calling (781) 448-0227 or the audience can join via live stream: http://bit.ly/BeautifullyReconstructed The Underground Praize Mix Radio-Show is also a part of our Network. Its host, Khadiya Sankoh-Henry, uses music to draw hearts to CHRIST. It airs every Thursday and the audience can join via livestream: bit.ly/UndergroundPraizeMix You have written a few books give us some information about them and where can they be purchased? "I Am Not Inadequate” is a 10 day devotional in which I share parts of my journey that left me feeling inadequate to fulfill the purpose for which I was called. Often times we allow our past to hinder our future and this devotional is a transparent declaration of the fact that YAHWEH qualifies those HE calls.

The "Women Behind the Mask ", an Amazon Best Seller, is the unveiling of the lives of seven women, including myself, who have removed the masks of their former selves to operate in their true identities! GOD has created each in every one of us in HIS image and we enter into relationship with HIM we embark on a journey to discovery of the authentic individual HE created us to be! Both can be purchased via my website: www.beautifullyreconstructed.com or via Amazon. I am currently working to complete my third book, "No Longer Satan's Whore", in which I will share my story of how the seed of perversion sown through molestation Influenced my decisions until I received the truth that if I wanted to be free I could because whom "the SON sets free is free indeed!". This book will be released in the months to come. You have done some amazing and great things this year. Recently, you organized and hosted the Rebuilding the Broken Transformational Conference. Tell the readers about this conference. I still stand in awe at how YAHWEH used each Speaker to bring a Word of healing and deliverance! Each Speaker shared their experience of sexual abuse and each were transparent as to how the enemy used the experience of their childhood to lead them to destructive behavior until they found healing through YESHUA! Deliverance took place from start to finish and there was no one, including myself, who did not have a personal encounter with YAHWEH on that day! That day further encouraged me to continue to move forward in that which I am called! Videos of the Speakers are available via Beautifully Reconstructed Ministries Facebook page. Even those whom were unable to attend, but watched the videos share their experiences of healing and deliverance. Please share any of upcoming books, conferences, or events with the readers? I am currently working to complete my third book, "No Longer Satan's Whore", in which I will share my story of how the seed of perversion sown through molestation Influenced my decisions until I received the truth that if I wanted to be free I could because whom "the SON sets free is free indeed!". This book will be released in the months to come. Official release date coming soon! Prior to the Conference, it was laid on my heart to do more as it pertains to dealing with molestation. The Conference solidified my need to do so; I will be working on how to implement intimate settings in which individuals who have encountered this experience can have a safe place to discuss to heal. August 17, 2019 I will be a panelist for a Single's Seminar, in which we will discuss being "Single, Saved and Satisfied ". YAHWEH is calling for a standard and I will share how the Word of GOD has kept me for the almost nine years in which I have now been celibate in YESHUA. In September, I will be the featured guest of Quiana Butler's Tuesday night, "Business Spotlight" which airs at 9:30 PM.

Follow my website: www.beautifullyreconstructed.com for more to come! How important is a positive leadership role in ministry? A positive leadership role in ministry is not only important, it is a crucial necessity! In the time we live in having leadership who truly walk in the Word, love and compassion of YESHUA is a must! There are too many who have compromised and are not allowing HOLY SPIRIT to guide them, so connecting to and being positive leadership has to be one's agenda. My Apostles, David and Angela Holloway of Open Door Ministries, teach us to "follow them as they follow CHRIST" and it too is my desire to have people follow the ministry of Beautifully Reconstructed because of the light of YESHUA they see in operation in me! Give us some words to educate, inspire, and encourage women and all of our readers of Growth Women’s Business Networks Magazine. The circumstances as well of the mistakes of your past do not dictate the future YAHWEH has for you! Allow GOD to heal you and use what the enemy used to disrupt your purpose for HIS glory and your good. For those who have an assignment in your belly that needs to be birthed move forward and do it swiftly! Whatever the platform in which you have been called, there are people waiting for your ministry, stop allowing the enemy to hinder you from reaching them. Lastly, but most important, I encourage you to stay in the presence of YAHWEH so that your spiritual vision is clear to fulfill your divine destiny as you do so in YAHWEH'S grace!

However, the fashion-week-fall-2019/?slide=3 traditional spring floral, butterfly and animal prints are still present this fall season. Anna J. Small Roseboro Q&A What inspired you to become a writer? I wanted to become a better teacher, so I enrolled in

the National Writing Project summer program held at University of California, San Diego. Educators in that program were required to write every day, meet daily in a writing group to read and provide feedback to one another, and then to publish a booklet of our work at the end of the program. My work was well received. We also were required to return to school and write with our students. When we gave them a writing assignment. Students were not always impressed.

I know you are an educator of over 40 years of experience, how has this impacted your writing? Most of my prose

writing has been about my teaching. Much of my poetry is about my family. To celebrate my fiftieth wedding anniversary, I wrote ON ZION’S HILL, a work Christian historical fiction based on the week at church camp when I met my husband.

What topics you enjoy writing about in your books? My family, my faith, and my favorite lessons – those I’ve learned and those I’ve taught.

Please tell the readers about your newest book, “Experience Poems and Picture.” My newest book, EXPERIENCE

POEMS AND PICTURES: Poetry that Paints/Pictures that Speak (2019) is an outgrowth of writing assignments I’ve given to students. To get them going, I asked them to view a picture or painting and write about the experience. Other times I asked them to view pictures from magazines to get ideas for writing short stories. Then, last winter I saw a quotation by Plutarch that says, “Painting is silent poetry, and poetry is painting that speaks”. That quotation inspired to invite my artists friends to give me permission to use pictures of their work in a book published with my poetry. I am honored to have contributions from a range of diverse teens and adults from across the nation and from the country of Sri Lanka. The art in the book includes pictures of paintings, drawings, mixed media, manipulated photos, and quilts. The teacher in me said, “Don’t force a match between your poems and their paintings. Let the readers enjoy both and respond to each in their own ways.” So, I organized my sixteen poems in groups, then, after choosing two pieces of artwork from twenty -nine generous artists, arranged pictures of their work in alphabetical order by artist’s last name and interspersed them between the sections of my poem. To conclude the 127 page full color book, I add a section with prompts to encourage readers/viewers to go back and revisit the poems and pictures, this time writing and/or creating artwork to express those experiences. Writing is a way of processing emotional stress and faith is a way of enduring it. The poems reflect positive and negative personal and professional. I wrote some of the poems in class with my students to model and remind myself of the anxiety of writing on demand; others I wrote in response to significant events in my life like the death of my son, my mother, other family members, and the celebration of my Golden Anniversary to my husband, William Gerald Roseboro. Some of my most recent poems were written in response to prompts I found online during April when the United States celebrates the genre of poetry.

Where can your book be purchased?

All nine of my books are available for purchase on Amazon. I also will be exhibiting and selling books in October at the Women Who Write-GR Author Showcase, on Saturday, October 6 from 11-3:30 at the KROC Center on Division Street. I invite readers here to come purchase autographed copies of my work and that of other local writers.

I know you wrote a book called GETTING STARTED if you can elaborate on the reason you wrote this book?

After I earned the National Board Certification for Teaching, a publisher invited me to write a book tp guide new teachers through a year of teaching if they had no on site mentor. Rowman and Littlefield published that book in 2012. It did well, so they subsequently invited me to write five more. GETTING STARTED: A Path to Success to Teaching English to Middle School Students and Beyond (2018) is the first in the latest series for new teachers. The other two in the trio are MORE ABOUT WRITING: Designing Student Assignments with Specific Steps (2019) and NOT INTIMIDATING: Teaching Different Genres to a Diverse Student Body (2019).

As an Author of several books, what advice would you give to those who want to write a book but do not know where to start? This sounds simple, but I’d say, “Start writing.” Get it written then get it right. Writing is a process and once

drafted, a manuscript usually requires multiple revisions before being edited for grammar, punctuation and spelling. In fact, this is the reason, I started a coaching service which I call GETTING STARTED? GETTNG GOING! I contract with new writers to help them through the process of moving their thoughts from their heads and hearts on to paper/computer; through the revision and editing stages, and then to send to an agent or prepare to self-publish.

You have also coached other Authors, please tell us more details about your services? I’ve had the privilege of coaching a number of new writers and am delighted that several now are published authors. Others are well on the way to completing their manuscripts. With current technology, I can meet face to face or online with writers across the country and across the ocean. I currently as coaching a man who lives in France!

Financial Literacy Cash Flow Concepts That Can Save Your Business A sad and oft-repeated truth is that half of all new businesses fail within the first five years. Although many factors contribute to business failure, a common culprit is poor cash management. All businesses, large and small, must deal with the uncertainty of fluctuating sales, inventories and expenses. Follow these practices to moderate the ebb and flow of cash in your business: Analyze cash flow. If you don’t know it’s broken, you can’t fix it. The starting point for any meaningful action to control cash is discovering where the money’s coming from and where it’s going. Get a handle on cash by monitoring your bank accounts for at least one complete business cycle; then use that information to establish a realistic forecast. This should be done throughout the year to help you understand your seasonal cash needs. Monitor receivables. Extending credit to risky customers, failing to identify late payers, refusing to collect payment on a timely basis — these practices amplify cash flow problems. Mitigate receivable fluctuations by generating aging reports. Use the report to follow up when payments are late. You may even wish to offer discounts to customers who pay early. Slow down payments. Prudent cash flow management dictates that you retain cash as long as possible. So pay your vendors on time — not too early. Of course, if suppliers offer discounts for early payment, take advantage of cost savings whenever possible. Also consider negotiating with suppliers to extend payment terms. Time large expenses. If you know a property tax payment is due in May, start setting aside money in a separate fund in October. The same holds true for any large payment that comes due during the year. If your equipment is nearing the end of its useful life or your roof is showing signs of wear, start saving now. Don’t let big expenditures catch you by surprise. By taking these steps and endeavoring to smooth out cash fluctuations, proficient managers keep their companies strong throughout the business cycle. Phone: (803) 419-1001 Email: 1040@javistax.com

I am a television talk show host, celebrity red carpet host, author, speaker and the reigning Mrs. Georgia Woman US Majesty 2019. I am so excited about my show, “The Angela Foxworth Show” on Xperienc on Demand Television. Stephanie is a mother, educator, author, illustrator, stylist, fashion designer, and radio host of my own show, Transition 2 Triumph. I was born in NYC and moved to Central Islip, N.Y. where I completed my high school education. I moved to Columbia, SC in 1987 and I am a graduate of Midlands Technical College. I am currently working in the preschool p program at Kathwood assisting the four (4) year olds to transition into elementary school. In the Fall of 2020 I will be working towards my degree in Art Education.

What was your inspiration to start writing and eventually become an Author? I was inspired by my daughter, Tiffanie Nina Simone, and her three best sister-girlfriends, Shania, Kiera, and Tyeisha who created a special ten year bond with Tiffanie as she battled the disorder, Rett Syndrome. Rett Syndrome affects girls in the infant stages and at this time there is no known cure. The disorder had no limitations on their relationship and I wanted to tell their story to the world about the power of friendship. I was also inspired my 30 year relationship with my childhood girlfriends who stood by my side to encourage me throughout my journey in raising a daughter with special needs. You are a woman of many gifts and talents, you are an Author of children’s books, an Illustrator, and Fashion Designer. When did you first notice all of these great talents and what inspired you? At the age of four growing up in the Bronx, I realized that I had a talent for art and fashion, which was cultivated by the many types of books, magazines, and encyclopedias that my parents introduced to my brother and I at an early age. The books that I loved the most were the art and history books. Fashion magazines, such as Essence and Vogue magazine introduced me to innovative designers who are still relevant to the industry today. However, the genesis for my love of all things art was influenced by the graffiti that saturated the NYC landscape. Please tell the readers about the storyline of your children’s book, “The Best Girlfriends Ever.” My book is based on a story about the forever sister-girlfriends referred to as the “Devine Sisters” who are angels disguised as little girls who came into Tiffanie’s life to give her a fun-filled summer adventure that starts in Columbia, SC and takes them around the world. It’s a story of compassion, empathy and inclusion that instills a lesson in tolerance of those who may be different but the common denominator is the Power of Friendship which brought them together. In the precarious times that we live in, it is paramount the children learn to lean on one another in a positive way so they may understand that different does not mean less than. Where can your books be purchased? My books can be purchased by going on my website, Tiffanieishope.org and Amazon. Every book that is purchased, I will give a percentage to the International Rett Syndrome Foundation in Tiffanie’s memory. My book can also be found at the Richland County Library at the downtown location. Every year you organize “The Best Girlfriends Ever” event. Give us information about this event and reason you created it. This year the Best Girlfriends Ever Honors Awards 2019 will take place on Saturday, October 26th, at the LTW Premier Hall, 7201 Parklane Rd., Columbia, SC. You can purchase your tickets by going on Eventbrite.com. I created this event to give back to all the wonderful women in my community who inspired me to reach for my dreams and I wanted to be an example to the next generation of girls and young ladies to debunk the myth that we cannot work together to uplift one another. I always say, “What are best girlfriends for”?

I understand that you are a teacher by profession, how has this impacted your writing children’s book? As an educator, I find children to be the best resource when I need ideas or storylines because their innocence is so refreshing that it’s hard not to be inspired. They see the world and one big playground to explore and being around them always reminds me of what is really important in life. They teach me more than I could ever teach them in a lifetime. Do you have any books to be released before the end of the year? If so, what is the title of the book and the release date? “Mommy and Me Under The Magnolia Tree” is the next children’s book that I wrote and illustrated. However, as I am still working on the illustrations, the release date will be around Mother’s Day 2020. How would you like for your books to impact people who read them? I would love for my books to impact people in away that they can start to remove the layers and get to know people before they judge them. We as adults need to teach that to our children so bullying in schools and social media can be eradicated. Give us some words to educate, inspire, and encourage women and all of our readers of Growth Women’s Business Networks Magazine. I encourage women and all of your readers of Growth Women’s Business Network Magazine to first believe in themselves because we are all born with special talents and gifts to share with the world. You just have to find what you are great at and run with it to make it your own. Surround yourself with like minded people who believe in your vision and who will support your goals. If you are afraid, then good! That means you have found your passion so embrace it and enjoy the ride.

Q&A Please introduce and tell us a little about yourself? Greetings, everyone. I consider myself a small town girl with big dreams, goals, and values. I love family and the relationships that each of us share. I am a proud mother of two handsome boys, Jakari and Lance, ages 18 and 12. I also have an amazing niece, Kaydence who is 4 years old and a laid back pet, Shih Tzu, Duece,’ who is also 4. I have two younger brothers who both reside in Moncks Corner as well. I am very supportive of both of my parents who also live close by. Those who know me, knows that family is everything to me. You are the Founder/CEO of Aspire Early Learning Academy, LLC. What year was Aspire Early Learning Academy, LLC founded? Also, what was the reason you created the academy? Aspire Early Learning Academy was initially founded in October of 2012; however, the first academy didn’t open until July of 2013. It has always been one of my dreams to open my very own preschool. Aspire Academy was created to provide a home away from home for children in a quality learning environment. I wanted to children to be able to experience the joy in laughter, love, and learning all combined into one safe and educational environment. 26

I know you have several locations, please tell the readers where Aspire Early Learning Academy, LLC is located? Sure! All locations are in South Carolina. Our first location is in the City of West Columbia, the second is in the Town of Lexington, and the third is located in the City of Columbia. If someone would like to enroll their child or children in Aspire Early Learning Academy, LLC, give us the website where they can apply. Our website is www.AspireEarlyLearningAcademy.com How important is early education to children who will eventually become our future leaders? Early care and education is the foundation for learning. It provides children with a strong foundation so that they can excel in their future. It’s just like building a house; you wouldn’t dare build the walls up until you have laid a solid foundation. That’s what early childhood education does for children to prepare them for a solid future. What are some ways to make a positive impact in our educational system? Ways to make a positive impact in our educational system is to be a voice for our children and don’t be afraid to stand up for what’s right for them. Start at home by teaching your children how to focus as well as getting back on track when they lose focus. Get involved with your child’s school by going to conferences, attending board meetings, PTA meetings, volunteering, etc. Always remember that parents are teachers first, no one will advocate for your child more than you. This year you are recognized as the National 2019 American Business Woman of ABWA. Please tell the readers about this great accomplishment. The American Business Women’s Association is a pillar in our country for bringing diverse women together for networking, professional development, and recognition. Each year, the national association recognizes ten women for how they have excelled in their professional career, in which they call the Top Ten. For the 2019 year, I was able to celebrate this accomplishment with nine amazing, superior women who are my Top Ten Sisters. It was and will always be an honor to stand with these ladies. In October of 2018, I received the prestigious award of the 2019 American Business Woman as a result of my professional and personal achievements in spite of the challenges that I faced, and overcame, in both aspects of my life. Also because of the role I have played in my community by servicing our youth through education and providing job opportunities to women and men. I have also inspired and mentored many people who currently have leadership positions and/or successful businesses today. Receiving the 2019 American Business Woman’s award was an humble benefit from all of the seeds that I have planted in the lives of others over my lifespan. Tell the readers about your career in real estate and where in South Carolina you sell houses? I jumped into the real estate career after moving back to the Low Country. Since high school throughout college, I’ve always worked with children. I wanted to be able to expand my skill set, yet still be able to assist in securing a strong foundation for families. I was intrigued with the real estate market and wanted to learn more about it, which led me into the career of real estate. I don’t have a large clientele because I practice it part-time and am still learning the industry. However, the more I grow in the industry, the more I continue to enjoy serving others and helping them find their sweet spot in the world. I have the opportunity to assist clients in the Low Country, Midlands, and surrounding areas. How can people contact you for their real estate needs? I may be contacted at Latorie.Walker@AgentOwned.com or by cell: 843-364-1496 You are the Author of the book, Aspire in Your Pursuit, what is it about and where can it be purchased? Aspire in Your Pursuit is a transparent book in which I used as an avenue to tell my story. I had so much in me that I wanted to share with others, inspire those who are going through challenging times, and motivate others who were stuck in life. This book is far from perfect; but it’s so real and raw. I’ve often thought about going back and editing it; however, it spoke to who I was at that time and to-date, many people call me to express how re-reading the book inspired them through tough times. The book may be purchased on Amazon or my personal website: www.LatorieWalker.com Please share with everyone about your upcoming conferences, events, or speaking engagements. I currently do not have any personal conferences soon; however, I invite and encourage everyone to attend the National Women’s Leadership Conference through ABWA in Kansas City, Arkansas. We have a great time fellowshipping, networking, and learning at the conference each year. Learn more about this great event by visiting www.ABWA.org. I have a few speaking engagements in California, Florida, and Baltimore this and will share on my social media pages. Give us some words to educate, inspire, and encourage women and all of our readers of Growth Women’s Business Networks Magazine. I inspire you to live life in your truest form. Experience the joys that life have to offer by erasing fear and holding on to reason; by releasing the act of negotiating your kindness for weakness; by living boldly for what you believe in; and as always standing in your truth. Work on your dreams daily, even when you have accomplished your goal; never get comfortable with it. Our dreams are like flowers that must be watered daily. Always remember that it takes the rain and the sunshine to grow. Never let your rainy days be your last day because storms don’t last always. If someone would like to book an appointment for a consultation where can they find out more about the services you can offer them. Go to my website at www.yashicamcmorris.com Click on services then click on Coaching to a Whole New You I know you talk about mental health awareness, tell us how you help people who are struggling with mental problems? What advice would you give them? As someone diagnosed with a mental illness, I help them find resources that are available in their areas. They may need to speak with counselors or therapists. They may talk to their PCP (Primary Care Provider) that can refer them, Department of Mental Health, etc. I also have the Community Mental Health Awareness Event yearly. We have a variety of community resources, mental health professionals, and organizations that come and speak with the public. My advice would be to not be afraid to talk to someone about how you are feeling. There is nothing wrong with saying "I am not ok and I need help". There is this big stigma surrounding mental health that needs to be erased. We can learn to live with our mental illnesses AND be healthy and happy. It's all about taking the necessary steps to learn how to do that. For example, I take medication and it has helped me tremendously. Now, that's not to say that I don't have days where I don't struggle, but I'm nothing like I was years ago. See a therapist, go to counseling, take medication, exercise, meditation, go to group therapy ...whatever you need to do to improve your mental health. You are also an advocate against domestic violence. What services are you providing to those in the community who need assistance? Yes as a survivor of domestic violence it is imperative that I tell my story. There are many different community resources that are available in the area or area someone may be trying to move to. Whether it be shelters, safe homes, transitional housing, victim's advocates, law enforcement, etc.

Yashica McMorris is a woman with many titles under her name. She has the resources to assist those who have endured traumatic circumstances from abusive relationships. She has over 15 years of experience in Small Business Management, Human Resource Management, Higher Education and Case/Career Management. Yashica always enjoy coming up with more creative and innovative ideas to keep herself and others moving forward. She does not believe in letting your obstacles hold you back in life. While it may seem as if you have different mountains (Yashica calls them obstacles) to come in your path, they are there preparing us for something bigger and better for our future. Yashica did not get this way overnight. Just as others, she overcame her obstacles to become the woman she is today. Not knowing what each day may have in store, Yashica pushed through each day with a positive mindset and continues to pass on her skills, techniques, and wisdom in her coaching business called “Coaching To A Whole New You”. One of the mottos Yashica lives by and has been proven to be successful when overcoming her personal challenges and mountains is to “Move Pass Your Mountains To Become A Whole New You.” If you would like to learn more about Yashica McMorris coaching services or book her as a speaker at your next conference or event.
