Lawrenceville officials have announced plans for a $200 million, 32-acre mixed-use urban development that is expected to be the largest redevelopment project in the county. The plans, known as The South Lawn project, will connect the Lawrenceville Lawn with City Hall and the town’s police headquarters by adding more than 600 residential units and 15,000 square feet of retail space.
