“It’s not something that happens all the time,” Capt. Tommy Rutledge said in perhaps the greatest understatement uttered Wednesday in Gwinnett County. A traveling music and arts festival is coming to Meadowcreek High School today and the school will receive a donation package of more than $10,000. The High School Nation Tour is visiting schools across the Southeast to introduce students to opportunities in all fields of art. Drake Bell of the Nickelodeon show “Drake and Josh,” RCA Records recording artist History In The Making, and Vel Records/ Sony singer-songwriter Cady Groves, pop singer Heather Russell and Native American pop singer Spencer Battiest will appear on the tour. The 25-city tour is designed as a showcase for music appreciation. The festival will highlight journalism, film, fine arts, fashion, photography and dance. Students will visit interactive zones from the Sony Media Zone, Gui-
