A Historic County Show Goes Digital

The 2022 New Forest and Hampshire County Show made a significant upgrade to their operations. The organisers of the event choose to implement WeTrack’s Control Room Software to transform how they managed Incidents and Logs. Moving to a digital solution allowed the team to have real-time views of the Site Map along with custom Dashboards to see what was happening around the site.

During the event hundreds of incidents were recorded using the map overlay to identify what zone they were occurring in. The 8 person operations team was able to quickly facilitate responses using the filtering and easy to add functionality of the WeTrack system.

Moving from manual processes to a digital, collaborative solution proved easy for the team with initial feedback stating; “We did a lot of work with WeTrack and it proved very useful; even a few of our more IT adverse colleagues came to appreciate what it can do for us!”
