Gwyneth Harold

Gwyneth Harold is a writer of young adult fiction. Her first book Bad Girls In School was also short listed for the 2008 Victor Reid prize of the National Book Development Council of Jamaica. Her work has been serialised in youth newspapers, including "Something Special" in the Teen Herald (now closed) in Jamaica. Her short adventure series Fly Guy was serialised in the Youth Link publication of the Daily Gleaner (2010 and 2011) newspaper in Jamaica. The series is also a five-part audio drama. She is a collaborator of the Two Seasons Talking Trees Literary Fiesta that is held in Jamaica. Harold also writes journalism articles and is a public relations practitioner. She enjoys the Caribbean lifestyle and lives in Jamaica with her husband and their son.
