The cat pavilion became a sanctuary for TAMCHUI cats and residents, covered by a bamboo structural frame system and a translucent PVC roof. When the cat walks over the roof, people below can vaguely feel the movement above, and the uncertainty of the cat from static to dynamic provides more fun.
In addition to catwalks, cat grasses are planted in some locations on the outer frame to continue the ecology of the surrounding green space, while providing lateral shelter for cats and people. Cats walk in undulating catwalks and jumping platforms. People can have more opposing cats. Highly different interactions.

The design uses concrete solid walls, steel structures, and light translucent skins to divide stable and unstable spaces, and fragments the volume, oriented in all directions to absorb the multi-faceted people around, while moving stairs, elevators, etc. vertically. The line is arranged on one side of the main facade, so that the flow of people inside can form a silhouette through the translucent skin, which echoes the busy traffic and crowds on the outside.
In order to create a level transition from unstable to stable space, I plan to move from outdoors to semi-outdoors to indoors. For example, the moving line on the south side, step into the grass after passing the low wall, and then climb the spiral ladder to slowly enter the stable. Reading space. The central movement line passes through the gradually compressed Chuantang, and finally releases to the outdoor space. What you see is the framed view of the deep grassland.

探索的市集與教室 Markets and classrooms to explore
My concept is to create a series of spatial and cultural exploration experiences,in order to attract nearby tourists to the local market, and then activate the community. So decided on several methods of operation:
我的概念是創造一連串空間、文化上探索的體驗, 以吸引附近遊客前往當地市集,進而活絡社區。
於是我定出幾種操作手法
1. Raise the height of the building to attract people into the street with a unique shape.
1. 將樓高拉高,以獨特的造型吸引人們走入街廓。
2. The translucent cortex faintly reveals internal activities, which makes people want to enter Check it out inside.
2. 半透明的皮層隱約出內部的活動行為,進而使人想入 內一探究竟 。
3. 內部如迷宮般的配置動線,讓人迂迴的遊走於市集與 公民會館之間,體驗當地空間與文化。
3. The interior is arranged like a maze of moving lines, allowing people to wander around the market and Between the civic halls, experience the local space and culture.
In the development process, used 3x6m as the shop unit, It is also the basic unit of the building, through the fragmentation and disengagement of the unit, creatingThe penetrability of the building volume, and peopleʼs viewing between the many outdoor platformsThe possibility of online communication and the modulus are also conducive to the flexible placement of market stalls an dMerger between classrooms.
The interior of the building takes a large virtual space as the protagonist, connecting variousSpace of different nature and PROGRAM. Gradually from the ground level Convergence, making each space visible to each other, attracting people to explore upwards.
The building is turned 45°, facing the surrounding streets with the four façades, strong To optimize the accessibility of visitors from the street into the building. Southwest is a citizen The main entrance of the hall, convenient for residents to quickly go to the high-floor civic hall space.
On the first floor of the building, there are several shop units surrounding the central bazaar. Virtual space, while the market also stretches to 2 and 3 in a scattered manner
The semi-outdoor platform of the builing. The purpose is to use activities to blur the market and the public The original clear boundary of the Minhui Hall creates more opportunities for tourists and local residents to chat
Letʼs stay up all night to do the design.Everydayʼs students, a s soon as they look upIs a touch of sunshine and greenery,Stu dents sitting on the floor in the shadeAfter listening to classes, activities, and even sendingTable works, exchanges and com ments.Occasionally leaves fallfrom the front,
Maybe it's a flash of light. When I saw the leaves gradually turn red.I can't help but sigh. Ah! ~ timeHow can the time pass so fast? It's autumn. This is the li fe of the designer!

I know that insisting on using gunpowder as a material actualy comes from a basic motivtion.
I want to explore the relationship between the power of deconstruction and the power of creation. The artist is not Predictability, contingency, ucntrollabilityZhi always cheishes infatuation and awe.
Sometimes these concepts can be social or conceptual, but sometimes It is also material, physiologcal and emotioal.damage

PROGRAM: The process of democratic resistance is a bit like an explosion. After the fuse is detonated, the original system begins to collapse.
I chose the four bases on Zhongshan South Road and Zhongxiao East Road. You can often see parades and protesting teams. Their purpose is nothing more than to let the public see them, and even appeal to arguments and touch the government.
Therefore, the purpose of the building is to break the original interface and make these protest appeals magnify to the facade for public attention. It also provides a platform as a viewing stage for democratic education, and the retractable scaffold provides shelter for the people who have been fighting for a long time.

AIM
The goal of this design is to explore how origami technology can be combined with inflatable structures to form a form of architectural scale, thereby changing the spatial pattern we generally recognize.
In recent years, origami technology has been widely used in the fields of engineering, space, and robotics. Its easy storage and ability to deform with the environment has great potential to be used in environmental interactive devices. Combining with the inflatable structure can solve the problem of kinetic energy, and at the same time, the inflatable structure can be controlled to a certain extent after the original deflation, and even stress.
Therefore, we ask (what will happen if multiple origami patterns are applied to architectural spaces? How does the resulting space change people's lifestyles?)
Connect the three inflatable units face to face, and the upper and lower units will influence each other when they are inhaled, so they will form eight types of heightVaryingfrom 142.5~285.0cm, corresponding to the height of different behavioral scales, which may form walls, eaves and columns
The combination of the inflatable unit and the folded plate makes it possible to harvest the polygonal side length, 19cm, regardless of the cross-section of the unit, the side length of the polygon, 19cm, uses this feature to arrange in space to form a device that can interact with the environment. But the line of sight penetrates and sometimes forms a path.
Above the forest line, the climate is cold and the wind is strong. In addition to low shrubs, there are all kinds of alpine plants with short stature and brilliant blooming season. It is also the region with the highest proportion of endemic species in Taiwan, such as Yushan Rhododendron, Yushan Snowgrass, Alpine White The belly mouse and the snow mountain grass lizard all live here.
The elevation is dominated by firs. The lower altitudes are dominated by Taiwan hemlock and Taiwan spruce. The ground cover plants under the tree layer are arrowbamboo, ferns and mosses. There are not many species of animals, including Emperor Pheasant, Taiwan Suzaku, Gold en-winged White Eyebrow, Rock Pipit, Snow Mountain Grass Lizard and Taiwan Flying Lizard, etc. It is humid all year round, because the clouds and mists linger all the year round, also known as the "fog forest belt". The dominant tree species in the ecosystem are composed of conifers and broad-leaved trees; coniferous tree species include red juniper, Taiwan cypress,Taiwan

Descriptions of Design:
Sù Sù _To capture the feeling of forest is the design intent for exploring perception. This motivation comes from personal experience while resting in the shade The warm daylight filters down from the gaps between the leaves and the shadows as interweaving with the sunshine together. When tree shadow covers people, the boundaries between internal and external spaces begin to ambiguous. So I imagine about representing a scenario under the shadow of a tree, taking light and shadow to disintegrate the boundaries between craft and nature. Started from my mountaineer experience, the transformation of continuously forest physiognomy are integrated into 4 conceptual installations, such as capturing fallen leaves, fog and wind, and enhancing the perception of the external environment.
I use the natural material, bamboo to make this mock up. In order to reduce the framing difficulty in the forests, a simplified fabrication process for weaving curved bamboo is developed parametrically. The light weight frame could be curved and erected by very limited manpower. In the end, the fecade is to simulate the texture of nature. It is woven with bamboo strips and branches. By using the bamboo fabrication weaving, it creates an atmosphere covered by several different layers under the shadow of a trees. It represents the primitive sensation of resting in the mountain.

Space units can be expanded by combining to form spaces that support different activities. For example, take a break, have a picnic, get together to chat, etc.
The combination of 3 units creates a centripetal space opening; the combination of 4 units forms a small virtual space and brings in greenery; and the combination of 6 units produces a covered garden.

The digital mosaic wall uses Grasshopper software to transform the tree background image into a mosaic, and optimizes it into 80 types of 6*5 mosaic pieces with different proportions of 4 colors.
The mosaic image breaks away from the customized method and transforms into a combination of material modules.
The camouflage of the tree shadow harmoniously integrates the building into the environment.
