Habitat has been the recognized authority on New York’s co-op and condo community since 1982. A monthly special interest magazine with paid circulation, Habitat is the only publication that directly targets decision-makers and pro perty managers at over 8,000 co-ops, condos, and homeowner associations. Mission: Habitat’s mission is to educate co-op and condo boards and foster effective communication between property managers, attorneys, lenders, accountants, engineers, contractors, and other professionals in the co-op/condo community. Along with habitatmag.com, the magazine is dedicated to providing engaging, substantive, and informative content to educate its readership on how people effectively govern and manage their associations and successfully contend with the complex issues of co-op and condo living.
