Never Underestimate The Young Sometimes, the brightest ideas come from where we least expect them: the young entrepreneurs program. It is true that kids are too young to move mountains, but quite often, they manage to move the stone blocking the road; the stone which nobody else bothered with. So if your kid is always coming up with creative ideas and has herculean will-power, take the opportunity to teach them how to be kidpreneurs. An important part of helping their brains grow and creativity flow is to let them brainstorm with you. Whenever you come across a problem, or when they come across a problem, take some time out and brainstorm some solutions with them. By comparing themselves directly with you, and thinking alongside you, they will learn what direction to take when thinking of a solution. Goal setting is another essential skill for kidpreneurs. Rather than being all around the place and diverging your energy in different areas, there is a lot of merit in systematic goal setting. Researchers say that goal setting is not a natural characteristic. Rather, it is a habit that can help almost everybody who takes the pain to develop it. Whether it is something as simple as studying for a test or learning a new instrument, sit with your child and help them break down the bigger task into small tasks along with deadline for the same. If you practice effective goal setting in your work or life, demonstrate it to the kids with example. Help them understand that by single mindedly going in one direction and breaking down their final goal into small parts, one may be able to achieve far more than originally expected. Computer coding for kids, is probably amongst the most important skills to acquire, not much lower on the list after basic literacy. Traditionally, programming is considered to be this extremely intimidating skill that only nerds with college education have. However, it has been increasingly accepted in the society that everybody needs to have some idea on how to code. It is more about understanding how the technology works rather than practicing it yourself and going out there and making the next Facebook or Google.

Kids who aspire to be entrepreneurs need to understand how technology works because most new products today are tech products. Even regular products and businesses need to have an online presence. Hence, knowing how to code has become more of a form or level of literacy than a special degree that only the privileged few have. There are a ton of options out there for those who want their kids to learn coding. Offline classes offer different options for all ages. They often teach coding through games and practical activities that help kids develop the ability to visualise abstract concepts in their head. Therefore, they also find it much easier to practice math in real life and apply it to their benefit. There are many advantages to teaching your kids new skills including coding to set them early on the path of entrepreneurship. All the best!!
