Introduction Pennine Stone is a member of the Haddonstone Group, the largest manufacturer of cast stone ornaments and architectural dressings in the UK. Since its formation in 2002, as a specialist supplier of architectural cast stone to the house building and construction sector, Pennine has grown to be one of the country’s top 3 cast stone manufacturers in its own right. Customer Service At Pennine we recognise customer satisfaction as the very core of our business. For this reason every one of our customers is handled by a dedicated team headed by a Technical Account Manager. In this way our clients have the reassurance of a single point of contact for all matters relating to any of their contracts. Upon receipt of an enquiry a Customer Service Team will prepare and provide a detailed estimate. This will include suggestions for further items such as lifting eyes that may be required. Once an order has been placed working drawings for client approval can be produced when necessary. After manufacture the Customer Service Team will arrange delivery of the products to ensure they arrive when agreed.

PACKING & DELIVERIES 3DFNLQJ All Pennine products have individual component labels attached during the manufacturing process. These labels show all critical information such as Client, Site, Descriptive, Weight etc. Also contained within the label information are production batch details, production date etc. allowing full tracking within the manufacturing operations. During the packing process the bar coded data on each label is scanned which updates our sales order processing system and produces full pallet manifests which are attached to each pallet. <DUG 6WRUDJH All completed pallets are moved into our 6 acre storage yard. These are all company owned and are designed exclusively for the transportation of Pennine products.
