Main Idea of the Project More and more enterprises offer their employees attractive options to arrange both family and work. Against the backdrop of European freedom of movement for workers, you as employers want to be attractive for “High Potentials� from whole Europe. Inform the public about respective propositions of your company.
In Module 1, learners get acquainted with each other. They create QR codes with their name, interests and plans for the future. They post their codes in the wiki for other learners to read with their smartphones. In Module 2, learners post links for two companies and they review and discuss what makes or does not make the company profiles attractive for employees. In Module 3, learners exchange opinions on what constitutes the ideal company and makes it attractive for "High Potentials"; they create a logo, a motto, a QR code, a video and they use all these to make a poster for their ideal company; they design and post ads to advertise it. In Module 4, learners prepare their company presentation.
