LIST ENING F OR A C H A NGE As a salon owner, we don’t have to tell you exactly how hard it is to find staff, let alone retain them over the long term. Only 30% of qualified stylists stay on in the hairdressing industry. At Hair Expo 2018, the Australian Hairdressing Council will lead a discussion on why young hairdressers stay and others choose to leave the industry, leaving a massive skill shortage in their wake.
