Deposit/Cancellation To guarantee reservations, a credit card guarantee or a deposit in the amount of one night’s rate is required 14 days after date of confirmation. Cancellations received within 72 hours or non-arriving guests will be assessed a one night’s room charge with applicable taxes. Suite Deposit/Cancellation Special deposit and cancellation policies apply to all suites. Third Person Maximum of three persons to a room; third person (18 years and older) is an additional $140. No additional charge for one child 17 years old and under utilizing existing bedding. Should an extra bed be required, $50 will be assessed. (Rooms are limited to one additional bedding.)
