Comfort Each material choice and design accent placed within Next Hub is based off of the level of comfort for the individuals that utilize it. From use of acoustic ceiling fixtures in crowded spaces, to warmcolored wood LVT flooring throughout, Next Hub derives from the 1960's era interior style of warmth and contentment.
Collaboration Strategic placement and grouping of furniture creates opportunities for teamwork and assembles an organic learning process by promoting peer-to-peer learning. The agility of the furniture creates a sense of progression, while streamlining the gap between teamwork and the technology that's within reach around the Next Hub.
Choice
Variations within Next Hub's spaces shape the design intent by giving each user their own niche for any mood and need. Posture diversity over work areas promote productivity, movement, and positive well-being throughout each learning zone. Options for private or social meeting space ranges throughout the hub to promote choice and control for the user.

D esi gn I n te n t : Ossa's company was founded on the belief in sustaining Earth's resources, it is vital to utilize "green" aspects throughout the space. Using the fluid linear lines and blue accents that embody the form of water creates a sense of movement, flowing throughout the space. In order to support a healthy and productive workplace, many concepts of The WELL Building Standard will be incorporated including: improved air quality, access to natural lighting and lighting control, acoustical comfort, and ergonomic seating and workstations.
Plastic bottles require hundreds of years to biodegrade. However, Ossa's Paper Water Bottle uses a blended combination of wheat straw, bamboo, husks, sugar cane, and/or bulrush. The bottles are quickly biodegradable.
Reception area doubles as a lounge space that can be occupied by guests, clients, or employees while having a variety of seating options.
This custom textile embodies Ossa's mountain logo and reminds employees and visitors of the resource that Ossa's water is derived. The repetition and balance of the pattern effectively communicates the brand without the need for the brand's name, therefore, marketing in a sleek manner.

Grande D0z The inspiration behind this lamp is the 1970 Grande Mustang. The two tail lights and the “Grande” emblem in the center are original parts from the forty-eight-year-old vehicle. The “D0Z” is a manufacturing code within the car lights, that indicate its intent of use. According to Ford’s Manufacturing website, “D” is for the decade of the 1970s, “0” indicates the year 1970, and “Z” indicates Mustang. Recycling and utilizing existing materials and keeping the integrity of the original product was the main goal for this fixture design, while also implementing new technology of LED bulbs to create an innovative spin inside the fixtures that will not overheat.
