MASTER OF SCIENCE IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE Shaped by the expertise of leading faculty with accomplished backgrounds in law enforcement, criminology, corrections, and law, the online Master of Science in Criminal Justice (MSCJ) program offers students a thorough examination of the ongoing effort to maintain a just, civil society. Through a variety of diverse, detailed learning materials and discussions with peers and faculty, students can build on their existing experience to foster a greater understanding of both the theoretical and practical applications of criminal justice.

CERTIFICATE IN CHILD ADVOCACY STUDIES (CAST) The Child Advocacy Studies certificate is designed to prepare students for the realities of child protection, serving the needs of those interested in working directly with maltreated or at-risk children. The necessary courses are a perfect fit for those seeking to become or specialize as child protection professionals, victim witness workers, lawyers, school social workers, and treatment providers. While the certificate is a separate credential, the 9 credit hours required to earn the certificate may be applied towards the master’s degree. Students can also pursue a certificate in Child Advocacy Studies (CAST) while they pursue the online Master of Science in Criminal Justice.
