Description:
Aluminium windows and doors and other forms of translucents for sandwich walls. Halle Sandwich is a high-quality, insulating aluminium system with an integrated frame enfoldment, both inside and outside, for buildings with sandwich walls. The system is mounted in walls and is suitable for most sizes when it comes to wall thickness. Not only does it have a smart design, but it is also very cost effective due to its short assembly time and reduced need for sheet metal work. Longer band of light can be created when the glass is replaced with multiwall sheets.

Halle Isolux Ridge – multiwall plastic sheets for ridge
Description:
Isolux multiwall sheet solutions are used for roofing and ridges on riding stables, logistics centres, industrial and sports halls etc. The light weight in combination with extremely strong and impact-resistant plastic raw material gives the sheets the properties for handling heavy loads and large spans. The smart design of the sheets makes them very appealing and suitable for large translucents in roofing and ridges.
Options:
The sheets are available in sizes of 10, 16 and 32 mm. Opal and clear finishes are offered in all thicknesses and a smoke finish is offered in 16 mm. A greater load-bearing profile can be chosen as an alternative. Standard profile

The profiles are made of anodised aluminium, a surface layer that gives the profile better durability and makes it easier to keep clean. Both the lower and the upper profile are made of aluminium, and fully adapted to withstand the Swedish climate.
Double rubber strips provide an interrupted thermal bridge function with maximum tightness.
The back edge of the roofing sheet is sealed using a strong aluminium tape. The front is sealed using a perforated filter tape in order to ensure good ventilation in the roofing sheet. An end cover is placed on the joint battens’ lower edge to hide the joints. The end cover also prevents the end profile from being pushed out by snow and ice.
A drained end profile made of aluminium is mounted on the front edge of the roofing sheet for the best possible tightness and to provide a nice finish to the roof.

Halle Isolux multiwall sheets
Description:
Halle Isolux sheets are made of polycarbonate. Polycarbonate is distinguished by its extremely high impact strength compared to other unreinforced plastics such as PVC and Acrylic. The high impact strength means that the material is resistant to impact and that it does not split in the event of changes in temperature and when fasteners are attached. Isolux multiwall sheet solutions are used for walls and gables on riding stables, logistics centres, industrial and sports halls etc. The light weight in combination with extremely strong and impact-resistant plastic raw material gives the sheets the properties for handling heavy loads and large spans. The smart design of the sheets makes them very appealing and suitable for large translucents. Furthermore, the impact strength makes it possible to drill and cut the sheets using normal carpentry tools without any problem. A naturally anodised aluminium system is supplied for the multiwall sheets, including joint profiles, screws, tape, end profiles and silicon etc. Standard sheets: Thickness 10 mm - Opal or Clear finish. Halle Isolux multiwall sheet solutions mounted as ribbon windows in gables and wall sections provide necessary daylight. The light weight enables easy assembly. The sheets can be acquired in thicknesses of 10 - 40 mm in a clear, opal and smoke (16 mm) finish. Halle Lux – Profiled translucents
Description:
Halle Lux is a range of translucents of the highest quality and the plastic sheets’ ultimate property is their strength in combination with their light weight. The sheets are manufactured from glass fibre reinforced polyester, which offers impact resistance as well as completely different and outstanding properties compared to unreinforced sheets. Our sheets are used for façades and walls, very often in combination with sheet metal or another façade/roofing material. We can create many different areas of use due to the flexible production of the sheets. Among other things, we can produce fully or partly coloured sheets. The plastic’s unique resistance to strong substances and acids means that the product is in demand as a wall and roofing material, even for very corrosive environments. An example of the exposed places where we have delivered our products is Norway’s west coast. Due to high levels of salinity, sheet metal erodes a lot quicker in this environment compared to our Halle Lux GRP sheets. Putting the sheets together with condensation-proof sheet metal is no problem as we can produce the sheets with condensation protection.

Halle Polysol 10-year warranty!
A nice, bright, weather-resistant roof can be built with the easy-to-manage Halle Polysol. Product description: Polycarbonate sheet coated with a single-sided UV-resistant surface layer. Available in a crystal clear, opal and smoke finish. Thickness: 0.8 mm. Width: Halle Polysol has a total width of 1,070 mm. The covering width measurement is 988 mm with a simple overlap. Length: Supplied in lengths from 2.5 metres in even half metres up to 5 metres. Length expansion: 0.07 mm/m and degree.
Resistance: Polycarbonate is extremely impact-resistant and handles temperatures from –40°C up to +130°C. UV protection: One side is coated with a protective UV layer, specially developed to prevent the yellowing and erosion of the sheet. Fire properties: Halle Polysol is manufactured from polycarbonate, which is a non-flammable material that meets the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s (Boverket) fire resistance requires.ents concerning roofing for conservatories. Light transmission: Crystal clear 90%, Opal 60%, Smoke 50%.
PVC Special For simple roofing, for tool sheds for example. Product description: Blue-toned PVC roofing sheet. Thickness: 0.9 mm. Width: PVC Special has a total width of 1,090 mm. Length: Supplied in lengths of 3 and 4 metres. Length expansion: 0.07 mm/m and degree.
Resistance: Handles temperatures of up to 65°C. PVC should however not be processed at temperatures below 5°C. UV protection: No. Fire properties: PVC Special is manufactured from PVC plastic, which is a nonflammable material. Light transmission: Blue tone approx. 65%.
Halle Acrylic For simple glazing where glass is less suitable. Product description: Clear acrylic plastic sheet. Thickness: 3.0 mm. Width and length: 1.0 x 2.0 m/0.6 x 1.2 m Length expansion: 0.07 mm/m and degree.
Resistance: Handles temperatures of up to 65°C. UV protection: No. Fire properties: Halle Acrylic is manufactured from acrylic plastic, which is a non-flammable material. Light transmission: 95%. NB! Not adapted to roof construction!

Factory and production
I
n Laholm, since the end of the 60s, Halle has produced and marketed translucents in the form of profiled sheets of glass fibre reinforced plastic. The translucents are primarily used for industrial halls, farm buildings, production halls, riding stables, greenhouses and carports. The sheets are used for façades, walls and roofing, often in combination with sheet metal or another façade and roofing material. We can satisfy many different areas of use due to the flexible production of the sheets. Among other things, we can produce fully or partly coloured sheets. The plastic’s unique resistance to strong substances and acids means that the product is in demand, even for very corrosive environments.
