For classic lovers you cannot go wrong with Kim Seo Ryong. A perfect wear for a trendy man. For more laid back style Sewing Boundaries(SWBD). The collection showed mostly classical cuts with elements of oversized factor interpreted into them. Mun Soo Kwon, who made amazing ‘오빠’ sweaters for the previous collection, went with a ‘Make Love’ themed print. His collection showed a good balance between classic and street style. November 11th is the day that marked as a Pepero Day in Korea. Pepero is very popular dessert snack and this day was chosen because it actually resembles those delicious chocolate sticks 11.11 This holiday is probably the closest to American and European Valentine’s Day. Even though Koreans do celebrate Valentine’s Day on February 14th, it is not the same as here. Around a week in advance all convenient stores like 7/11 will put up stand with a huge amount of Pepero. However, they like to really go all out as they will have special edition flavors and huge packaging, as well as adorable sets with toys. Even a huge plush Pepero stick is sold there.
For those who want to be more fancy, head out to bakery stores. Famous pastry chains like Parris Baguette and Tous Les Jours, to name a few, will make their own special Pepero sticks that you can only try during this time of the year. Also, it is better to buy your gifts in advance, as on the night of the holiday it will be too hectic and you just might be too late to grab the one you wanted. For those who don’t have a special someone, you can also give it to your friends, and don’t forget to write a small message on the back, as Pepero packaging has just a perfect corner for that. All in all, this is a day to enjoy and have fun, while snacking on some delicious treat.
Peppero-Mania at local convenient stores across Korea. New meaning of chocolate covered stick takes its place as competition to attract costumers rise high in this peak time.

Reasons to Wear a writtten by Dina Piven
mask
Have you ever wondered why Koreans wear masks all the time? Maybe you also want to start, but don’t have a reason? Well, here are some perfect reasons why you would want to get yourself a mask or two.
1.
It hides your face. Weather you don’t want to be seen or in an idols case trying to simply go somewhere and not be bothered as much, this is your perfect excuse.
2.
No makeup. Having a bad day or simply want to go out to grab a snack and don’t want people seeing your bare face? Put on a mask and you’re good to go.
3.
Feeling sick or don’t want to catch a cold. This is the most basic reason why you would were it, but you don’t have ruin a style if you not feeling well. Get a mask that will make you look on point.
4.
Yellow Dust. Countries like Korea, Japan and China have a season when the winds bring dust from the desert and it is highly bad for health if the level is too high. Thus, during spring is a good repercussion to wear a mask to stay safe.
5.
Style. For some people wearing a mask has become part of their everyday look, and why not when you adds that extra ‘swag’ factor.
6.
Warmth. Winter is pretty cold in Korea and why not have something that will keep you face warm and also adds more movement freedom compared if you try to cover it with a scarf.

7.
Bad breathe. If you don’t have a chance to brush your teeth or no gum at hand, a mask can be quite useful.

8.
Lip sync. With a mask covering your mouth no one could tell if you decide to sing along to your playlist while traveling.
