1ST SOLO FANMEETING IN MANILA The sun is going to shine brighter on December 14, 2019 as South Korea’s rising star, Lee Jin Hyuk, holds his first ever solo fan meeting in Manila. The Produce X 101 graduate is expected to visit the Philippines soon for his Lee Jin Hyuk S.O.L 1st Solo Fan Meeting in Manila to be held at the New Frontier Theatre at 6:30 PM. The star achieved newfound fame after joining MNET’s survival program, Produce X 101. He didn’t make it to the finish line but Lee Jin Hyuk nevertheless enjoys a more successful career nowadays. He was first known by his stage name “Wei” of KPOP boy group UP10TION until he decided to promote with his real name and eventually go solo. Since July of 2019, Lee Jin Hyuk has been busy establishing his solo career. He opened his own instagram account and launched his very own lightstick. Earlier this month, he released his first solo album titled “S.O.L”. Having begun his career as early as 2015, Lee Jin Hyuk certainly has proven himself many times over. But, he has more tricks to show and the world is ever ready to welcome him with bright smiles matching his own.

Lee Jinhyuk will be coming this December to Manila to meet his fans, the V-dans. If you’re not a V-dan yet, here are 5 reasons why you should start stanning Lee Jinhyuk.
1. He has the heart of a leader Lee Jinhyuk was previously a contestant in Produce X 101 representing TOP Media together with fellow UP10TION member, Wooseok. During the show, Jinhyuk showcased his leadership skills by not giving up on his members and teaching them rap and dance during the position evaluations.
2. His visuals and precious smile No one can resist Lee Jinhyuk’s innocent smile and epic visuals. And also, everyone is talking about his model-like long legs.

Lee Jinhyuk’s goal is not only being good on stage performing as an idol but he also dreams to be someone good at variety. He wants to become a variety personality who is liked by grandfathers and grandmothers. Jinhyuk is a fixed member on tvN’s ‘Don Quixote’ and JTBC’s ‘Five Cranky Brothers’.
Jinhyuk recently showcased his talent when he released his very first ever solo album, S.O.L and participating in writing the title track, I Like That. He can rap, dance, and also sing as was also seen during Produce X 101.

SEOUL LIGHT Seoul LIGHT event is a large-scale light show that combines light, video and music, while using the front of the DDP building as a projection screen.

ULSAN GRAND PARK LIGHT FESTIVAL Ulsan Grand Park Light Festival, is also taking place until January 27, 2019 at the rose garden in Ulsan Grand Park. The festival features 5 main themes (Welcome Streets, Start of Excitement, Magic of Starlight, Healing of Lights, and Legend of Starlight) with 12 sub-theme zones. The highlight of the festival is the “Seal of Starlight” zone located at the central fountain in the rose garden. Large-scale truss with digital lights will cover the Rose Square in front of the central fountain to make visitors feel like they are walking under the Milky Way. At the “Light Playground,” visitors can experience different lights while at the Light Rest Area, visitors can relax and take in the festive atmosphere.
SEVIT ILLUMINATION LIGHT FESTIVAL The 2nd Sevit Illumination Light Festival is taking place on Some Sevit until March 14, 2020. Visitors can enjoy photo zones with colorful light decorations of various themes. This year’s main theme is called “Vivid Dream - Come True,” in hopes of making everyone’s dreams come true as vivid as the gold and silver lights decorating the area. Light installations such as Wudantangtang Owl, Wuwangjwawang Tunnel, Angel’s Eureka, Wings of First Love and many more can be found throughout Some Sevit and on the bridges connecting to Banpo Hangang Park.
MYEONGDONG CATHEDRAL Christ is the reason for the season, so it’s only fitting that the grandest Christmas celebration would be at a cathedral - Myeongdong Cathedral to be exact. Located within the bustling Myeong-dong area, the cathedral attracts both believers and non- alike all year round. Each year a reenactment of the nativity scene is performed, commemorating the coming of Christ as a babe in a lowly manger. The event service takes place each year on Christmas Eve for one hour starting from 22:30, followed by the midnight mass. Both events are open to the public but as they are religious services, visitors are reminded to remain respectful throughout the ceremony.
SINCHON CHRISTMAS MARKET The Buy Value, Live Together Christmas Market will be held from December 21 to 29, stretching from Sinchon Station to Yonsei University. The entire street and many of the shops will be decked out for Christmas! The market features booths operated by small businesses selling all sorts of items, as well as warm and tasty treats!
