Erne Campus, South West College The world-leading, multi award-winning Erne Campus of South West College is the first education building – and the biggest building in the world – with Passive House Premium status. The 8,000sqm facility is a UN Centre of Excellence, and is the first building in the UK to achieve both PHP and BREEAM Outstanding accreditations, providing sustainable, zero energy teaching facilities for 2,800 students.

The School House, Methodist College The redesign and refurbishment, along with a new two storey extension, of an 1865, Grade B1 listed school building in the Queen’s Conservation Area of Belfast. The project preserved crucial historical features, including Tudoresque entrance and oak balustrades, while delivering teaching facilities fit for the 21st century.
