At approximately 265- acres, the Hamilton Enterprise Park is one of the largest industrial/office in the tri-state (OH, KY, IN) region. In 2010, Sensus Flavors, a global leader and manufacturer of premium quality natural flavor ingredients, broke ground on an expansion to their existing 20,000 square foot facility in the park. This project involved the construction of a 30,000 square

foot manufacturing addition at approximately $2.5 million. This expansion will add more jobs and allow Sensus to expand their research and design facilities and begin production of a new downstream packaging process.
