Our Story Our Mission Hammer Travel is an extended service of Hammer Residences, Inc. Since opening its doors in 1923, Hammer’s passion to provide quality services for adults and children with intellectual disabilities has helped thousands experience life to its fullest. More than 95 years later, the mission of Hammer Residences remains true to Miss Hammer’s vision. Hammer Residences will remain a community of people who respect an individual’s abilities, whose collective spirit makes dreams come true, and whose innovations continue to lead the way. SERVICES AVAILABLE TO YOU Prepayment Plans: If you know you want to travel in the future, but haven’t made up your mind yet, you can pay in advance for any travel option. After coordinating your payment with Hammer Travel, you can decide where to travel at a later date! Customized Vacations: If you prefer to travel by yourself or exclusively with a group of friends, contact us and we will work with you to put together an allinclusive trip package. PCA Discount: If you sign up 4 individuals on the same trip, you may send a PCA at no additional cost. Travelers needing a 1:1 ratio can bring their own PCA at a discounted rate.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations and changes must be made in writing (letter, fax, or email). Cancellation refunds will be calculated on the date the written notification is received by Hammer Travel. Cancellation Deadlines: • Prior to trip registration date: Full refund, less $150 processing fee and any pre-purchased items pertaining to the vacation package. • Up to two weeks after trip registration date: Less the deposit, and possible refund as determined by Hammer Travel. • Two or more weeks after trip registration date: No Refund available. 7
