Dear Members, While writing this article, we continue to look forward to a fall season filled with fun member events and activities in a safe environment for our community. These events would not be possible without the management team and staff that strives each day to make Hampton Hall the best community it can be. Thanks to our remarkable members and dedicated staff, Hampton Hall Club has been recognized as a Top Culinary Experience, Top Racquet Facilities, and Top Outdoor Patio by Club + Resort Business.

We have also been working towards receiving the designation of “Healthiest Clubs of America” for Hampton Hall Club. I am honored to be a part of leading this team and community! It is my pleasure to introduce the newest team members to Hampton Hall and I encourage you to say hello.

Michael Krause, Assistant General Manager and Director of Operations Michael is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of six designated departments at Hampton Hall Club. They are the Food & Beverage Team, including the service team, the culinary team, and the social and events team. Additionally, Michael oversees the Fitness and Aquatics Team, Racquet Sports Team and the Facilities, Maintenance and Common Grounds. He is also responsible for interaction with the three Operational Advisory Groups, consisting of Social, Fitness/Aquatics, and Racquet Sports. With over 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Michael has a diverse background in 5-star hotels, private platinum clubs, and 5-star restaurants. Alex Hemming, Food & Beverage/Social and Events Director Alex is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, including the dining service, banquets and events teams. Alex manages the day-to-day food and beverage service at Pete’s Grill and the Community Clubhouse. He is directly responsible for working with members and department heads to plan all social and banquet events for the club. Alex heads up the Social Advisory Group for operations. Alex joins us from Montage Palmetto Bluff where he was an integral part of their achievement in obtaining the Forbes 5 Star award. He can be reached at ahemming@hamptonhallsc.com or 843-815-8729.

Megan Tracey, HOA Administrator Megan is responsible for enforcing homeowner covenant ordinances and violations, working with members to utilize the DwellingLive online gate pass system, and overseeing Security. Megan works with our Director of Facilities, Maintenance and Common grounds to oversee the maintenance of our community common grounds, roads, sidewalks, streetlamps, and lagoons. Megan also provides management and oversight of the common grounds for the Cottages. Megan heads up the Community Services Advisory Group for operations. Megan previously worked at Windsor Court in New Orleans and Palmetto Bluff. Megan has additionally been instrumental in continuing to equip our members with RFID Tags.
